ive just started listening to this band. even though i had heard of them before, i wasnt that interested. until i went on pandora and made a coldplay radio station and their song "run" came up, and i loved it! snow patrol was one of the artists that helped me get through a VERY ANNOYING research paper.

i remember when i discovered this band. i had to wake up early for the bus to go to school. so i could stay awake i would watch music videos. but all the music sucked, i didnt like anything. until i heard a song called "somewhere only we know" i was like "hey this is a good song" then on the bus the radio host was like "next, well play song that you actually want stuck in your head" and i was thinking "hmm somewhere only we know" and it was!! it was crazy. after that i decided to buy their cd. usually i wait to see if i like more than one song from a new band, but i couldnt, i just had to buy their cd. and i loved all the songs. this band was there for me when coldplay was out recording and other music sucked. so thanks KEANE. although im ashamed i only own their first album and a few other songs downloaded from itunes. ill try to get them soon.

i guess i can see your point. BUT i was 10 when i started to listen to coldplay so i would have fit in that category of snot nosed kids:embarrassed:. so i just think about those kids that have now discovered coldplay's music like i did. i dont think age should matter. on the other hand...im not too happy about these kids either cuz who knows next we'll have coldplay on like kids bop or something!:veryangry2: so im like "eh whatever, im confused" lol they are nominated, nothing we can do about it, but might as well make them win against the jo bros:P

i didnt forget about linkin park :), they are one of my favorites but their last album let me down and yea they didnt really release anything other than a transformers song. but whatever still like them :)

yea i guess it was a fangasm. and i wanted to scream "play crests of waves" to see what they would say about that.

yup i want ice cream very badly!

haha well with all the suing coldplay has gotten...just wanted to throw it out there. so i will use this website as proof of my inocense.

haha ok then i shall put that part in, :) i just didnt want to infringe on your "intellectual property rights" i wouldnt want to get sued hehe :)

yup i was two rows away from them. i was planning to scream something anything but my i couldnt find my voice, i was in shock, heart racing and i couldnt breathe! i really like those pics of guy from new york. i dont know what i would have done if i had been there. but probably about the same reaction as in the b-stage :)

not at all, i was thinking the same thing about jonas and miley cyrus, typical kids music. so at first i was kinda like "okay...how these kids know them?" but then i thought "oh duh! i inffluenced the kids in my family.lol" i dont know how i forgot about it. my little cousin always lets me know about anything coldplay he hears.like if he hears violet hill at the mall, even though the sound is barely audible:D

do we have to put the same description? and yea i kinda agree it would be too many flavors i think we could do without the marshmellow swirl

maybe a lot of these kids know who coldplay is because their older siblings. thats how my little brother and cousins know coldplay :)

haha in my geology class both my group members kept calling me Anne, i thought they had given me a nickname until i figured it out that it wasnt so i told them "uh thats not my name" haha they started laughing cuz we had been talking about that one song that says "thats not my name" so they had thought i was kidding...anyways yea. thanks Cecilia for putting up the vid!:)
