  1. Latin-American tour announced! That's exciting, even though I'll probably not be able to attend any shows! I hope they have something for us Europeans as well! :) :D
  2. ^ Huh, I've totally missed that one, that's nice! :D
  3. Coldplay on the Simpsons "News" from Coldplay.com I thought that was already confirmed? (This better not be the exciting stuff you had for us, anchorman!) :stunned:
  4. ^ Yeah, me too! :D But even though we could stop and be realistic and say that it's just a nice way to be greeted to the website; anchorman said that there was going to be some exciting things coming our way. :smug:
  5. ^^^ I know! Just a little something! Pretty please with Chris on top? No?
  6. Aw, that's so sweet. They really do care about their fans, I really respect them for keeping that closeness to us. Anyway, I was around for the first downloading phase with napster and kazaa and whatnot. Came across 'Clocks' in.. 2003, maybe. Got the most incredible chills the first time I heard it. Cried like a baby, haha. It really moved me. However, I didn't really pursue my Coldplaying, but it was 2 years later in 2005 that I went to Oxford for language school. I was there by myself for a month. I felt really miserable and lonely (I was 15) and one day I went into a HMV and in the front of the store was X&Y. I immediately bought it and I spent the remaining time listening to it on a small cd-player in my room at my host family. It really saved me, they fixed me :) and kept me sane. We're inseparable ever since!
  7. ^ Hee. :) Coldplay makes me wake up in the morning (literally; playlist required to wake up at the moment; The Goldrush, Sleeping Sun, Crest of Waves). They make my unemployed days so much brighter and would probably have relapsed into depression by now if I hadn't had them. Might sound a bit weird, but it's the truth :). They mean a lot more, but I can't get it out in writing, heh.
  8. I wholeheartedly agree. Phew, this thread is the best. That'll give me some nice dreams tonight :wink3:
  9. Goodness, I've just read this whole thread. It's pure brilliance :).
  10. :wacky: So-much-loveliness. *swoons*
  11. Those naughty, naughty boys. :wink3:
  12. Hee. As being said; We're not called fan(atic)s for nothing... :sneaky: We'll figure it out.. But if they've tricked us. It's TroubleVideo! for them. I say no more.
  13. ^ Thanks a lot! It was a great interview. :)
  14. A... A different band?! :oThere are other bands? And in that case, why would anybody care about them? Heh. Sorry, kind of tired, my humour is below average at the moment. :D Love your avatar! :)
  15. Proof and Gravity, it's been a kind of bittersweet day today.
  16. I love it! :D Watch out for albino monks (even though Paul Bettany makes one hell of a sexy one), folks!
  17. Well, the story could be about two lovers who, in the end after some hardship, get married. All the songs don't have to be about weddings. That would be kind of cheesy. Anyway,I don't know, I'm just loving all of the conspiracy theories, hee. :D
  18. Thank you for this nice summary :) I think all speculations are valid. Except for the end bit. :) The RSVP (Respondez Sil Vous Plaît (sp?)) , I think, is either there just to tie in the whole 'invitation theme' on the website (and is still just the 'contact' adress) or it has a deeper meaning, like there actually is something that we're invited to. But in either cases the question still stands; What are we being invited to? The website? My fanatic brain has high hopes for something bigger than that, let me tell you. :D
  19. Oh, he knows it's all just a spot of fun :smug:... Or is it?
  20. That's awesome! I read an excerpt (sp?) and it was brilliant! :) Can't wait. Thx for the pic a-chan! :D
