  1. i hope i dont get sick of Feel Good Inc. :wreck: i'm trying to do a cover of it, and i need another person in the cover. I don't think i could call it a 'band', because this is more to a 'fun and destress' thing. and i think my arrangement is rather ambitious. :blank: ahh.. Alicia Keys and Coldplay are quite similar right? both of them are friends etc etc. but after a while, Coldplay songs are easy to play. no more a surprise. except X&Y was quite a surprise to play on piano.

  6. It's good to be in a band with different music influences. But if it's affecting the way the band is going and disturbing friendships and also practices becomes a jumble of 'what to play because we don't like the same band', then you should leave. There are many other musicians out there to mix with, though it may take a while to find them, and a while could mean a long time. But if you don't feel comfortable in a band, leave. Before the shit gets deeper. In the mean time, you could experiment music solo. But this is your choice, so think it out carefully. Is it worth it being in a band that you don't feel comfortable in, or is it more worth it going solo?
