wow, thanks...you literally made me blush here :blush: It took me a very long time to finish and I'm glad it's completely done now. I learned that you don't have to be afraid to redraw things if you aren't pleased with them, mostly it turns out way better. You really don't want to see my first attempt at Jonny. :laugh3: Just give it a go, and if you don't like it, have it lie around for a while and start with fresh ideas and views a few months later :P (btw I love your avatar :heart:) thanks to all who replied, you guys are so kind :blush:

haha yes he is :lol:, since in de original BTTF posters, Marty's hand is always near his head (holding his sunglasses or a hat), but it looked quite stupid when Chris wasn't holding anything, so I just added some sunglasses :lol: I'm so happy you like his face, since he is sooooooooo hard to draw :( (I'm still convinced it looks off :\ ) aw, thanks...you guys are so sweet :blush:

Well, after I spent waaaaaaaay too much time on it (you really don't want to know), it's finally finished. :sweatdrop: It isn't actually a photomontage, but I couldn't find a thread on drawings. I'm pretty sure there are still errors in it (I still suck at drawing fabric and light), but at some point you just have to decide it's finished. So I present you: I now have gathered a quite extensive collection of reference pictures of the band though :lol: If you like, I can post some detail images as it's original size is quite large and with this size some details get a bit lost.

I had a look around: "While coming out on stage at their concert in Hershey, PA on Monday, the 24th of May, Chris accidentally burned his hand. During the concert he apologized for being in a 'less-than-charitable' mood because of that incident." It matches with the date of the video :)

Wacom, you will never look back. Those are brilliant tablets. I have a wacom graphire3, which they don't even make anymore :lol: and it still works like a charm after 7 years of daily use. Those are some pretty cool wallpapers Comicforce, I like them :)

Will is indeed easier because he hardly has any hair :P but I found it hard to capture his look. I could duplicate the rocks but I'm stubborn :lol: Probably the reason why I still haven't finished it ;) Ah, yes a grapics tablet. I love mine to bits and couldn't live without it anymore. Although it is quite old and scratched. I recommend one to everyone who wants to do anything graphic-related.

ok, thanks, I will post it here then :) and yes, that little bit of Jonny is part of it :wacky: Since drawing all 4 of them I have a certain fondness of Jonny, since he was the first one to have any resemblance to the real one at all. :lol: still some weird arm to fix on Chris, the lighting still seems off for some reason and drawing rocks is no fun at all. But I really really really hope to have it finished in the next 2 weeks.

Even the lighting is perfect. :D I was wondering, is there also a thread for drawings, because I'm trying to finish a drawing I have been working on for like 42 billion years it seems. Or is it ok to just post it here? It might still take a while until it is finished though :lol: I'm slow :shame:
