Love the early days Kanye West vibe from Constant Conversations. It demonstrates just how well Passion Pit can veer from the bombastic I'll Be Alright to a slick R&B track like CC. Also, my best wishes are with Passion Pit founder and song writer Michael Angelakos who is battling his mental health issues.

Passion Pit's new album Gossamer gets its official release this month on the 24th. The album however has leaked, I had a listen to the tracks on YouTube. The album is pretty much on par with Manners in my opinion. At the moment, Carried Away is probably my favourite song from the new album. :)

Absolutely LOVED the song Fallen Empires, a true hark back to the early indie days of Snow Patrol and demonstrates a lot of growth in the band. Its nice to see that they're making music that they believe in rather than music that aims to be a mainstream hit. I can't imagine those who fell in love with Snow Patrol for songs like Chasing Cars enjoying the song too much, possibly even the album. More songs like this on the album for me please.. :)

Good news everyone..! :D Gary just said on an interview on RTE's 2fm that they've 2 albums of material and expect to release a new album half way through Fallen Empire's album cycle..! :dance: Love the new track..! :)

New SP single, "Called Out in the Dark", to make its first play on Zane Lowe's radio show this Thursday..! :D Single/EP is going to be released at the start of September..! Excellent news seeing as I wasn't expecting something so soon.. :smug:

Fantastic album, well worth the wait..! I just wish it was more first person and intimate like First Days... When I first heard the title, Last Night on Earth, I never thought that the album would be so upbeat as it is. There's so much unused potential in that concept in my opinion

Noah and the Whale - Last Night on Earth Beautiful album from start to finish, lyrically excellent also. Not quite up there with their second album, The First Days of Spring however.

I've given it a good listen now and its sounding very good..! At the moment my favorite song is probably Hard Enough but its all pretty enjoyable. The only songs i'm not grasping onto at the moment are Welcome to the Fabulous Las Vegas and On The Floor but i'm sure they'll grow on me in time..! :D
