The Official Club Football 2014-2015 thread
Talk about "How the mighty have fallen" I wrote a little song about our brilliant goalkeeper in the meantime... Michel Vorm is magic, he wears the magic hat and when he saw the Swansea he said "I fancy that" He did not stay with Utrecht cos Erin said they're shite He signed for Swansea City cos they are f*ckin' dyn-na-mite!!

Absolutely disgusting, you would never see this with the mighty Swansea City. Tevez has not got enough dignity to wear the city shirt now, all that went town the pan in one go.

Slovakia - heart of the Europe
Went to your country a few years ago in the Bratislava Old Town!. Still got plans to return and maybe see other cities like Zilina and Kosice.

We have a small team but a good defence with plenty of money coming in thanks to Adidas supplying the kit, not to mention 40 million from TV revenue. Sky Sports is the same company as Sky in the UK isn't it?, I remember a company called Sky Italia, I think they're a separate company though. The VIP Bar at the Millenium Music Hall in Cardiff has a Sky Italia subscription!. Mediaset I've heard of, they used to show Champions League games involving the Italian clubs. Rai Due and Rai Uno as well as LA7 I got while on holiday in Malta a few years back. Am confident we'll do well come the end of the season, we're having a slow start but will gel into it and get a few more wins. The 3-0 win over West Brom almost felt like we were escaping relegation on the last day of the season!. Defence and home form will be the key. Is nice seeing a Welsh team in it though, my friend from Spain said similar stuff about Premier League coverage, he said only Cannal + packages show the games, while Spanish TV don't show lower league games, so only heard about Swansea's promotion and didn't get to see it. Might make him a copy of my 2010-11 season DVD I bought from their club shop. Sky Sports show La Liga games, using Cannal + feeds, but it's mostly Barcelona and Real Madrid games every Saturday night or so, not most of the league. Speak to ya laters!, have a nice night! :) xxx

Channel 4 in the UK used to show live Serie A matches every Sunday between 1991-1998, quite annoyed when they sold the coverage contract to Bravo TV who then passed it onto Channel 5 a few years ago. It wasn't as good as it was on Channel 4 and there's no more Serie A coverage on UK TV anymore. Novara were promoted the same way Swansea were interesingly enough- third place and promoted through the play-off. The English play-off promotion system is a little different though, the top two in The Championship (level 2 league) go to the Premier League, then the teams finishing 3rd-6th play a knock-out competition until one team is left. Very rarely the 3rd placed team wins, the season before last Blackpool finished 6th and only just got the play-off spot on the last day of the season. In Italy though, the 3rd placed Serie B team plays against the team that finished two places from bottom in Serie A, which I think is better.

New Facebook Timeline/Profile.
They keep messing about with the site all the time, what was wrong with the photo viewer in the first place?. The display changed to a pop-out with smaller pics. Anyways, I deleted mine a while ago cos it was getting tedious and so decided to keep in touch with all my friends on a personal level though text and e-mails. I used to get a feeling i had a few stalkers on the various band fan-groups I was on.

Haha!, thanks!, I'll be needing it!. Is brilliant they're in the Premier League now, but it means tons of plastic supporters coming to the matches and games selling out fast unlike they did last season. Hotels jacking up prices is wrong though, it means less people staying and ruins the chances of games selling out as Swansea supporters live in London also, so need to stay at hotels. It's 3 hours on the train to Swansea from London, then 20 mins walk to the stadium from there.

I'm making plans to go to Swansea City's next home match after they play Stoke. Hotel prices always jack up on matchdays, so hopefully one of my fellow supporter-friends will offer me a place to stay, if they don't then I'll wait for an away game where this don't happen with hotels.

what ever happend to "the dubliners" :(
Was it ever intended to be released and just a live-only one-off?. Skunk Anansie did that with a new song on their 2009 reunion tour, but never released it commercially as it was never intended to be anyway.

Mylo Xyloto Listening Party in Austin
That's brilliant you can get to talk about the album, when I got to go to a listening party in 2008 for Feeder's "Silent Cry" album, we were told not to tell anyone about the album in detail and just say "It's good" etc. We were allowed to describe tracks in a way that did not go into too much detail and were allowed to say how many there were. At the time we heard 13 which later became the standard edition and 2 more appeared on the deluxe that we did not hear. I wrote a brief write-up on the Feederweb forum which was passed as okay, only for some people to start taking guesses at what track "Miss You" was going by my descriptions (although they hadn't even heard the other tracks at the time). We were not allowed to say song titles either. Because of the guessing, I took my post down. Wasn't Feeder's fault or the management, the label were given instructions by their owners who were Chrysalis. We did not sign any waivers either like you guys and only thing we wrote on was prepared sheets giving our thoughts, which we handed in afters. So yup, all in all I think it's brilliant you're allowed to share your thoughts and detailed descriptions of the tracks. Really looking forward to this one even more I read about it, so thanks a bunch!.

Rugby Union World Cup: New Zealand 2011 (Final FT: France 7-8 NEW ZEALAND)
Diving over the try line all the time, deffo an England thing. It's very worrying how they are like huffing and puffing to get results lately against teams they should easily put to bed.

Eurobasket 2011
United Kingdom are shockingly bad at basketball and now we're trying our hand at handball for the olympics. Two sports all of Europe love except us!. Lithuania outside of the medals was underwhelming :(.

The Official Club Football 2014-2015 thread
United kinda realising they're not a perfect team after all let alone a team who think they can keep making our capital city second-fiddle!. 3-1 is quite a disappointment considering the goal flurry's of recent times and conceding a goal to someone who was firing blanks for absolutely ages. Rooney's penalty misses never fail to make me laugh, they're always bad misses and hardly ever good shots on target.

The Official Club Football 2014-2015 thread
Brilliant win by the mighty Swansea yesterday, although the day had a few dampeners on it with those being my other team Brighton losing for the first time this season and a few West Brom supporters trying to ruin the minutes silence at the Liberty stadium. Still, a good day.

Paradise on UK chart
At least "Paradise" got to #2 in the Netherlands:D:D:D:D. "Mylo Xyloto" is looking to be one hell of an album!, it's been three years since "Viva La Vida", and I'm sure this is worth the wait. It was a free download on iTunes UK wasn't it hence being not eligible?.

Coldplay being sued over "Clocks", "Yellow", "Trouble"
They're always getting threats to be sued over plaragism, it's only cos these people are jealous and want a piece of them.
