Why is it taking so long? I'm now watching a very poorly Belgian talkshow..

The Canvas site says it will be a one hour show. So I think we can expect a interview with some of the coverage of the Werchter gig last summer. So can't wait, especially because I was at the Werchter show :) According to Canvas: ''Kirsten Lemaire had naar aanleiding van de release van het nieuwe album ‘Mylo Xyloto’ een exclusief interview met Coldplay-frontman Chris Martin. Aansluitend volgt het concert van Coldplay dat werd opgenomen op Rock Werchter 2011.'' Translated: ''Because of the release of the new album 'Mylo Xyloto' Kirsten Lemaire had an exclusive interview with Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin. Followed by the concert of Coldplay recorded at Rock Werchter 2011.''

I was so excited they played Shiver, Everything's Not Lost and Life Is For Living at Werchter. Thought I would never ever get the chance to witness those songs live. I voted for Trouble (which I already saw them playing live acoustically 2 years ago, I'm now hoping for the album version), Spies, AROBTTH, Amsterdam (dying to see that one live!), DAAHF (also saw that one live, but it was really magical), and other: See You Soon (my absolute fav of the 2003 dvd). I dare you Coldplay!

I'm really afraid that it will be an extended version of the festival setlist. And that they'll replace the oldies (Shiver, Everything's Not Lost, Life Is For Living) with new album tracks (Paradise on the place of LIFL too close the main part of the set?). My dream setlist for the Rotterdam gig (where I'll be going) would be: 01. MX 02. Hurts Like Heaven 03. Yellow 04. In My Place 05. The Scientist 06. Major Minus 07. Violet Hill 08. Up In Flames 09. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face 10. Lost! 11. Politik 12. Viva La Vida 13. Charlie Brown 14. Trouble 15. Princess Of China 16. Us Against The World 17. Shiver 18. Everything's Not Lost 19. Lovers In Japan 20. Paradise Encore: 21. Clocks 22. Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall 23. Christmas Lights 24. Fix You But they'll probably add more of the new songs, but I can't judge them now because we haven't heard them yet.

I read somewhere that that would be in the spring, so the kick off will be in March/April I guess. Just in time for the next festival season!

I'm guessing extra shows would be an option. But I don't think that's gonna happen. The official site spoke about a small European tour in december before the big World Tour in 2012 would start.

I'm afraid everything's sold out. Some of my friends didn't stand a chance because of the crappy system...

Well my friend's problem was also that he had to work in a record store at 9.30 am. So he sat with his laptop on the crappy wifi connection of McDonalds at 9 am, haha. So it was explainable. But he's gonna try again tomorrow.

Although I have 3 tickets already I really hope that my friend who didn't came through this morning will manage to get some tickets for the rest of our friends. Otherwise we aren't complete. It was crazy this morning. Probably lucked out that I came through.

Don't think that's gonna happen. Like they care about the fans. They just wanna sell as many tickets as they can. The 2 ticket only 'restriction' is just a barrier to make it difficult to buy a whole bunch of them for the black market or so..

More OMG news. He reached them and they told him that 4000 tickets were sold in the first minute! Thats almost a third of the total Ahoy capacity!

It was very chaotic. I'm glad I was able to come through, but a friend of mine was kicked off the Livenation site when he was ready to pay. He already selected tickets and entered his name, etc. He's trying to reach them now by phone, because he's afraid the same will happen in the regular sale tomorrow, when the traffic on the website will be even more..

If you go to the Ticketservice site and you click on 'My account' and than 'Transacties bekijken' you'll find your tickets there. At least, that's where I got mine.

Just bought another Arena ticket, so the sale is still open!

Got my tickets! So excited! But very frustrating that I could only book 2 tickets this time. I was going for 4. Now some of my friends have problems...
