Like everyone, I think Charlie Brown and Princess Of China. But I'm also hoping they (and the 'radio listeners') will give DLIBYH a chance.

Starting to love it more and more every time I listen to it. I also absolutely love the intro at A Hopeful Transmission too, btw.

Here in The Netherlands MX is also #1, Adele #3. Surprisingly: VLVADAAHF is still at #17. :)

I would definitely buy the 'MX' shirt of ApproximatelyInfinite. The problem I have with most of Coldplay's shirts is a) they're just too ugly b) like said before, they're girly I would love to have a shirt of the MX era, but it has to be a shirt which you can wear casual. So don't with the letters COLDPLAY big on the shirt. Not that I'm ashamed or something, I really just hate band shirts.

Wanted to do the same with the intro. When I listened to the track on my iPod I already thought that something was said (or in this case, sung). Great job!

I don't think Florence is so much a better singer than Rihanna. The difference between both of them is that Rihanna is famous for being the pretty girl with the charted hit songs and Florence (and The Machine) is more 'alternative'. Just listen to the Rihanna songs Unfaithful or Love The Way You Lie (the piano version) and you'll hear she's also an excellent singer. I do get the feeling if Coldplay would have picked Florence to do Princess Of China, much more of you guys would've liked the song. I just wanna say: judge the song as a song, a part of Mylo Xyloto. Don't judge it because it you just don't like Rihanna and therefore you never really gave the song a chance.

What he said! I really like this song because of this beat and it's mysterious sound. It's different compared with the rest of the album. And Rihanna sings most of the song? She sings the second verse and the chorus. After that it's all Chris and Rihanna together, so I don't see a problem. I also do think Rihanna did an excellent job.

It's actually very well shot. Just have a look at the colors and way they shot the last scene with the band and the sun. Also do think the elephant concept is funny.

The drum beat is annoying. I feel like the song would have been a hell of a lot better without it and just Chris' piano play.

I think it's sounds amazing. It feels like it's really building up for ETIAW. I wish they had added MMIX to the intro of ETIAW when it was released as a single. I don't know, I love the song much more now. It made me think of the Violet Hill intro, which really sets the mood while you haven't heard Chris sing a word.

Up In Flames After a few listens I just started to get bored with the drum machine in Up In Flames.

My feeling now says this: 1. A Rush Of Blood To The Head 2. Parachutes 3. Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends 4. Mylo Xyloto 5. X&Y

Biggest surprise is definitely Princess Of China. I know not everyone likes this one but I really love the lyrics and the beat is also nice. As for Rihanna, she really surprised me. I also really enjoyed the studio versions of Mylo Xyloto, Hurts Like Heaven, Charlie Brown and Us Against The World. And the end with Up With The Birds is absolutely epic. What a beautiful track. The second part, when the guitar kicks in, kinda reminded me of Paul McCartney's Band On The Run. I am really disappointed in Major Minus, especially placed directly after Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall. This one just doesn't seem to grow on me. And I'm still a bit disappointed with Paradise, but I do think it fits the album. Overall the album is better than I expected. I would give it a 8/10.

When the guitar comes in at around 1:50 it's kinda like the last part of Paul McCartney's Band On The Run. Don't you think?
