I don´t know anything about anything but this is what I´m going to do 1. Record some demos of yourself of what you can do to show whoever you´re interested in. 2. Go to many local shows, get to know people and they can show you even more people that you´ll find interesting for your sound. 3. Once you get to know people and people know you well enough you should hand out those demos and maybe invite them for coffe or whatever to talk about it and then you´ll make your selection or maybe auditions on who you think would fit better.
