Ok, so I have this crazy idea... I want to go and live with an American family for 10 months... It's oh so exciting but at the same time... oh so scary ! So, I've been really interested by AFS but eh...I don't know :dozey: If any of you have done this with AFS or any other organisation, share please ! Should I do it ?

It's true he sometimes seems a bit apart from the others :\ But I'm not sure it's what they meant by "bad vibes"... And I've already heard a few times about him not being really nice to fans, but I don't think he's like "oh lets just piss the fans off today !". It just seems he has some trouble to deal with this whole "fame" stuff. It's all another debate though... ;)

Agreed ! Plus everybody know about Chris and Guy's fights. I think there are tensions, they're just not big enough to have sort of big impacts (breaking up, whatever). They certainly get along very well, but you can't always agree on every single things !

Today I was in dance class at school (= the worst 2 hours of the week). And we were doing things in little groups so she put on some music and it was Politik ! I went like "SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !" then "Oh my god, it's my fav song ever ! and it's coldplay !" There were 35 people looking at me like WTF and me :uhoh2: A few minutes later it was my group's turn to show what we've done, i was singing the song, jumping around and my teacher told the class "um, we're gonna choose another song, i see Lauriane can't concentrate..." me --> :| people --> :laugh3:

Frozen, is like totally fantastic ! I loved it ! The story is so well written that you can almost feel what he feels (?!)

I'd go with the greatest hits. I'd mix what I think are the best three songs of each album with their most famous ones. So that she has the famous stuff and also stuff she never heard before, that are different (and maybe better !) than the famous hits ! Like for VLV, i'd put on Violet Hill, Chinese Sleep Chant and Lovers in Japan because those are my favs, but i'd still add VLV the song because it's well-know :) Edit : or if you want to do album by album, i'd began with A Rush, bc that's their very best imo. Continue with Parachutes, then VLV and finish by X&Y which i find is their weakest.

They WHAT ?! Well none of my friends really hate Cp, they all know the 'old-time favs' and are not 'fan' at all but they're still respectful. I'm the only one being a real fan, but it's ok.

My mother doesn't know them either... and the other day, i was looking through the live blog and she went "who's that ugly man ?"...it was GUY ! -__-' You're addicted when you're having a conversation with a friend in French and you still want to drop some Coldplay lyrics in the middle of this conversation (and it doesn't mean anything, of course) :|
