  1. Well, she said the boys wouldn't come, but she didn't say anything about herself not being able to come...
  2. I highly doubt it! Hopefully you won't find me annoying... for some reason I take a long time to get ready in the morning. Or at least that's what my husband thinks.

    ^ OM NOM NOM
  4. This was in an article in the news section, regarding obese children in England: What I want to know is... why is that doctor only wearing an undershirt and boxer shorts? :freak:
  5. I'm sure most men like T's. Otherwise they would refuse to say t*tties.

WTF?!? CRUNCHY, duh! The puffy ones taste like, I don't know, styrofoam.
  7. Oh how interesting... it is one of my goals in life to learn something new every day. Seriously, ask anyone who knows me. Anywho... I ordered some shampoo a couple of weeks ago and I used it for the first time today. The label on the outside is correct, but the contents of the bottle doesn't match up, it's a completely different scent. I would have learned that a couple of weeks ago if I had actually used it when I got it. Although I admit that's probably stretching it in terms of "learning" something. But I plan to leave the house in an hour, so maybe I'll learn something new while I'm out. :awesome:
  8. I usually say it with a silent T. But I do occasionally say it the "proper" way.
  9. I don't understand what the big deal is... haven't you guys heard that classic little ditty? "Guy, Will, Chris and Phil are sitting..." Okay, I'll put it here and use Ian and Jen as an example... Ian and Jen, sitting in a tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g First comes love, then comes marriage Then comes Sam in the baby carriage He wasn't trying to imply that the guys were kissing :whip:
  10. I had this hoodie made a couple of years ago in honor of the Detroit Lions' "perfect" season. You have to say the name and number out loud. :D I'm sure they'll do much better this year.
  11. I would consider dinner to be THE meal, and maybe supper was more of a snack-type meal as a "supp"lement. But I just have dinner so I wouldn't know.
  12. If I'm remembering correctly from The Lord of the Rings, the hobbits actually have BOTH supper and dinner as separate meals each day. :awesome:
  13. Is the dude in the picture that is measuring the kid's waist supposed to be a doctor? If so, why on earth is he only wearing an under-shirt and boxer shorts?!? :freak: That's more disturbing than the kid, methinks.
  14. Ha! Love it!
  15. Yyyyaaaaaayyyyyy! Someone else besides me actually likes X&Y! :awesome: I  you
  16. If I take my list from the poll late last year and remove and of the Viva era songs, I would get the following as my top 20 songs on February 1, 2006. Please keep in mind that at that point, I hadn't really "discovered" any of their b-sides yet, otherwise this list would have been a bit different: 1. Amsterdam 2. Trouble 3. A Rush of Blood to the Head 4. The Scientist 5. X & Y 6. What If 7. Fix You 8. Shiver 9. A Message 10. Swallowed in the Sea 11. Clocks 12. Everything’s Not Lost 13. Yellow 14. We Never Change 15. In My Place 16. White Shadows 17. Spies 18. Green Eyes 19. Talk 20. Politik
  17. Funny, VLV. You must have time traveled to the future and then came back to 2006.
  18. Lots and not a lot... it's all relative. Occasionally, but just out of necessity. I have a short/smushed nose and not everything comes out when I blow my nose. Nose picking is a matter of efficiency in my case. I love it when I'm driving and I look in my rear view mirror and see the person in the car behind me picking their nose. And we're talking feverishly digging for buried treasure. How do they think people in other cars can't see them?!?
  19. Yeah, but it had already been pooping on top of the stove so we knew it would go there.
  20. WHAT MAKAYLA SAID. The sticky traps work. When I was in an apartment a few years ago I had to trap one. It was hanging out in our kitchen. So before I went to bed one night I put some aluminum foil on the top of my stove (so I could hear the mouse walking on it), put some cracker crumbs and peanut butter on the aluminum foil, and also put two sticky traps on it. I know this sounds bad but... when it got stuck on the one, I gently put the other one on top of it (mouse trap/mouse sandwich), put it in a plastic bag, and then chucked it in the dumpster. It was the coldest part of winter, so I'm guessing it just froze. But hey, that's what it gets for pooping all over the kitchen. :dozey:
  21. Indeed, I noticed that as well. So it appears that my Seal of Approval (as opposed to Disapproval) really isn't that far off after all! :awesome:
  22. Yah but I gradjitated and got my edubication and found a job in mah major and itz a carerrrrr that I really likes and it pays mucho dinero But I do miss it sometimes. It was a fun place to people-watch.
  23. What could I say? He already took it out, I wasn't going to make him put it back in. I just grabbed a paper towel to cover my hands, he put it on the paper towel, and I proceeded to the back room to clean it. I used some really long jeweler tongs to grab it, put it in the ultrasonic cleaner, and then put it under the steamer. Then I walked it back out to him. He was very thankful and went on his way. Of course, I waited until I knew he was far out of earshot outside the store before I had my "WTF?!?!?" screaming/laughing/eeeewwwwwwww moment.
  24. What size rooms did you stay in the other times you were there?
