haha, they were just playing with narwuar he is famous for annoying the people he interviews so dave probably just annoyed him first. they knew it was making for an interesting interview and trust me the interviewer doesn't mind. watch the interview with the strokes and narwuar when they first started out. he winds them up so much :laugh3:

incidentally i'm happy for you that you like it i only wish i did but i can't force these things and i won't lie to myself and stand by them based on previous work if this album isn't up to scratch. as far as i am concerned until the release something good (and i will listen to future releases to see if they have returned to form) they are a dead band when it comes to studio albums. live on the other hand is a different matter until i've heard some of the new album live. right now though i have no interest in hearing it in any way shape or form.
