  1. Oh thanks I didn't know that page. Quite interesting. How comes they show Lost! as an E.P. ? And I never heard of this Norwegian live. But anyway, for LIJ I was talking about the recording page of the official Coldplay website. It's still not there. Should I ask the Oracle why ?
  2. Well I only see Violet Hill, Viva la Vida, Lost!, Life in technicolor ii and Strawberry Swing !
  3. Too bad, I don't watch them ! I don't really like House and don't know Closer, I never watched it ! I'm more into Lost, Friends, The West Wing... and before being a huge, huge Coldplay fan I was a huge, huge fan of a french TV series. But you seem like me to like travels !!! Well of course it isn't in the Opera building but yeah it's very close, just a few streets from it. It seems like it was built in an old bank or something, and a part of the store is into the vault :P I reaaaally can't wait to go there ! And talking about Paris : The museum IS huge !! Like Roadie 42's blog, you can't see everything in one day ! But personally, I visited it last year and I stayed only 2 hours... I looked at the most famous things, like la Joconde, la Vénus de Milo, and... of course... ;) http://lewebpedagogique.com/sosphilo/files/2009/02/delacroix-la_liberte_guidant_le_peuple.jpg  Yeah you're right! Well under the Pyramid, there is a big, big hall. That big hall is the entrance of the museum - I think you can't go in it from anywhere else. And right next to that hall, is the second hall with the reverse pyramid and the Apple Store. And after that you have all the small shopping centre. You don't have to pay anything to go under the pyramid, or to the reverse pyramid... And I think the museum is free for anybody under 25. So great you're coming to Paris ! I hope you'll enjoy it !! So this what Bratislava looks like ? It is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. :wideeyed: And you work in that shopping centre, well that's not bad  I see. And the Apple products are really expensive, so maybe that's another reason why accessories and iPods are the most successfull ? Anyway, you must know what the best accessories are !!! Any tips ? I'm so sorry to remind you your work, but I have to try () : I'm searching something that could help me fix my iPhone horizontally on a tripod, to make photos and videos. Do you know anything, by any chance, that coul help me ? But maybe your store isn't really about iPhone ? Thanks ! OK for the PM ! :D I have the same problem with stories... I know how to write them correctly on paper -I mean how to have a good narrative structure, how to have good dialogues, etc.- but I don't have any ideas. Luckily, I found that friend who's got ideas, but who doesn't know how to write them correctly on paper !!! Yeah you've still got time but law is cool ! Very hard I think, but very intersting... and impressive ! I have noooooo idea ! I know I would like to be a director assistant but I don't know how to become one yet.
  4. Salut ! Ah oui effectivement ! 26 !! Ici on tourne à 20, et Oslo en ce moment c'est plus 17 apparemment ! Mais je préfère aussi la fraîcheur ! Bon courage pour le ménage ;)
  5. Here it is :) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDPjuzzAlB4]YouTube- ‪Coldplay - Kylie Lhuna‬‎[/ame] Very cool song, it would have been great next to Lukas in Prospekt's March ! So there really was a LIJ single ?! Well, thank you. ^^ But why doesn't it appear in the "Recording" section of coldplay.com ?
  6. Good question  Making movies with Apple products and listening to Coldplay sums up my life pretty well. :laugh3: I would say TV series... What about you ? Good luck ! It took me 2 days :P But it's definitely worth it ! Are you talking about the english tenses ? If you are don't worry, I perfectly understood... And my english isn't really a good example either ;) I agree, it looks amazing... But I don't really know because I haven't been to Paris since it opened, I'm in holidays for the whole summer ! I can't wait to see it, because it looks really like a "real" Parisian Apple Store, with the "Parisian spirit", you know what I mean ? The one in the Louvre could be anywhere in the planet, but the one next to the Opera plays with the personality of the building where it has been built. Well, have you ever been to Paris and to The Louvre ? Because it's... ambiguous :D There is a well known Pyramid in front of The Louvre : http://www.freemages.fr/album/paris/louvre_pyramide.jpg A few meters next to that Pyramid, there is a commercial gallery, called Carrousel du Louvre : http://www.autogrill.fr/media/carrousel-du-louvre-248-1.jpg So, it is part of the building, but it is in the underground. You can go to museum directly from there, and the entrance of the museum is just in front of the Apple Store, in a huge underground hall, where there also is the "Inverted Pyramid" : http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/hs076.snc3/14338_1229658175383_1046942398_30759702_2179546_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/hs076.snc3/14338_1229648455140_1046942398_30759686_7776162_n.jpg I hope my explanation was understandable :) And you are 15 ! That's very cool, I don't know if it is the same in Slovakia, but here in France for people under 18 it is very hard to find a job. Most times it isn't legal. And under 16, it is impossible ! But yeah, experience, hard work and maybe a bit of luck and there you are. Very, very cool... Is the job hard ? Do you manage to sell many many things, or is it infrequent ? OK, well if you say so I'm gonna try  But after my studies, and if I'm unemployed :) Because that's definitely not my career, even if I would love it. Thanks ! I'm gonna begin the third year next month ! Yes, it is exciting ! It still looks like amateur stuff, we still have many things to learn, but I think we are clearly making progress. Our movie probably not gonna be finished before a few weeks, but yeah we want to release it on the internet. If you want too I'll make sure you see it !! Thanks ! :D I just have to remember to put english subtitles !!! I'm just a little bit creative ! Usually I let the others be creative, have ideas, and I help them developing and doing their movie, from beginning to end. If you want to you can do it too ! Write a few pages of script -or not !-, use anything that makes videos, even a cellphone... and there you go ! :) (Actually, the last iPhone is really awesome to make videos !) Do you already know what you wanna do in the future ? What kind of studies, of profession ?
  7. Wait a minute. Love Coldplay, love Apple, lazy, into movies... What the fuck is this, are we clones ? :laugh3: Well actually I just found it :shocked2: http://www.coldplay.com/newsdetail.php?id=442 Unbelievable, how comes I don't remember the Steve Jobs thing ? It is even in the title ! And I do remember the picture... In France we used to have the same problem. The only Apple Store in the country was in a "little town", in the very south. But, surprise ! 2 giant and amazing Apple Stores opened in Paris in less than a year. Anyway, your store looks pretty cool. I bought my MacBook in one of these in Paris because as I said there wasn't any Apple Store. You're very lucky to work there... The only summer job I got this year was in a fucking boring factory :( No, I didn't try to work in an Apple Store, I just read the job offers :D They always ask : -To be good in selling things, having a commercial degree, or something... -To love Apple and to have "Apple's spirit", and to know how to translate the little technical things in "normal words" for the clients. Too bad I ain't got the first because like any fan I have the "Apple spirit" and I do the translation thing every day with my family :laugh3: Maybe one day I'm gonna try, if I ain't got anything else... Thanks ! I'm studying movies and all that stuff in the university so this was a personal project of a very good friend of mine, and yeah we shot it last month with a few friends. He was directing and I was a kind of a second director... And he hasn't got a MacBook, a good hardware and the good software, so I'm the one who's editing it... thanks to Apple one more time  It is a short film, about two detectives investigating on a weird thing. So it has got fantasy, comedy, it is a bit scary -I hope !-... And if our dreams lead anywhere it could be the pilot of a little series. :) Thanks for asking !
  8. Yeaaaaaah, we are 2 !!!! :laugh3: I was talking about the one on macrumors.com ;) Sorry ! That's awesome ! Did you ever try to work in an Apple Store ? That's a kind of a little dream I have :D Maybe one day, who knows ! There are plenty of job offers on the website ! Actually I'm editing a movie, and the software looks sometimes really like the software they use or like this picture from R42's blog : Especially when I'm mixing the sound of the film, and all that stuff... And when I'm gonna be lazy now I'll remember that interview of Markus and that I should emulate Coldplay and work my ass off !!!
  9. Wow, thanks. Do you know who wrote that ? It can't be Roadie 42, I would remember this :shocked2: I saw some little little things between Coldplay and Apple. I don't remember where, but on a page of the Apple site promoting the iPod Touch you can see one playing the video of Lovers in Japan. An other thing : in the 2007 keynote, where Jobs revealed the first iPhone to the world, he made a demo of the Cover Flow and I clearly saw the Parachutes cover. Oh, and, of course : [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3mYc1m3lsM]YouTube- ‪Coldplay - Apple iTunes Viva La Vida‬‎[/ame] All this isn't really amazing, but if didn't tell it here, then... where ? (Oh and thanks, you made me think of a good signature :P)
  10. Really ? Didn't know that. :) Anyway, two things : -I didn't say thanks for that awesome sketchbook. -I didn't see that picture in it : Is it the same artist who did it ? If it is, how do we know that picture ? There wasn't a LIJ single, was there ?
Viel SpaB hier ! ;)

    Hi, and welcome ! :)
  14. Nice, thank you !!! I'm a huge fan of 2 things, particularly these days : Coldplay, and the Apple products. Amazing to see them together  And I have currently to work on a creative software too -but for movies, like Final Cut- and it is very inspiring to see that the band and their crew sometimes have the same kind of work ! :) Are you kidding me ?
:) Bises
  16. In his book, Matt McGinn explained that Viva la Vida -and Fix You, 3 years before- were 2 songs very close to go the dustbin. Guy saved Fix You by founding "Tears stream down your face and I...". About VLV, some people just thought it wasn't good enough !
  17. I had once a 8 pages article to write about an asian movie, a biopic of a famous painter. All my second part was about the fact that the main character started to put colors, in particularly red, in his paintings with the discovering of sexuality. So I entitled : "PART II - LIFE IN TECHNICOLOR" :P I don't know what he thought about it, but I had a very good appreciation :)
  18. T'imagines même pas... !

I dreamed last night that I was meeting... The Oracle O_o She was a woman, but absolutely wasn't looking like Debs, she was more like a femme fatale... And she was really blond -and I think she had blue eyes-. I also remember that I was surprised because I don't like the Oracle -in real life- and our meeting was actually quite nice.
  22. I'm sorry, but I thought we all agreed with the fact that, obviously, this song isn't going to LP5... It belongs to the Viva era and to the latin america live shows.
  23. How can you be so sure about this ?
  24. I don't think you're an idiot, actually I'm quite surprised to see how many people like me need sometimes a little time to really enjoy some songs or albums. Although I completely fell in love with Viva when I first heard it, it took me a few months to like the Live 2003 DVD. I couldn't help but falling asleep while watching it ! And today I don't understand how I lived before loving it !
