considering their lists usually suck this was solid though it's a reader poll so makes sense my personal top 10 would be hm-2000 Miles 10.Sparks 9.Trouble 8.A Rush of Blood to the Head 7.A Message 6.The Scientist 5.Yellow 4.Viva La Vida 3. Death and All His Friends/The Escapist 2.Cementaries of London 1.Clocks Yeh you can tell which is my favorite album and you can change any of 2-4 with 42, Strawberry Swing, Strawberry Swing well it's really their only album where I love every song. That was their peak as musicians and Chris as a lyricist imo....he may have written more intimate songs before that, but Viva La Vida is an experience and everybody is gelling And Clocks is one of the greatest songs ever written this century, no doubt.

I was really speaking more about Up With the Birds, but can you honestly say that?? I actually do, my day job is in front of a studio, and I guess you just don't truly hear all the guitar layering done on the track, I'm not 100 positive but I wouldn't be suprised if the suddle harmonies midway through the track have some light auto tune, it has wayyy too much reverb and delay at the very least. I think they are both GREAT songs dont get me wrong. But here is a perfect example, I heard this version the day after it was posted on the channel, I had never heard of this band and I thought this was an amazing song....a few days later I heard the studio version and thought all of the life was sucked out of it, couldn't stand it but I knew it was going to blow up though, and it sure has [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQLGhPHzxjc]Fun.: We Are Young ft. +100000 there are some awesome songs, but seriously why does Chris need to auto tune his voice... when I already hear her everywhere else why do I have to hear Rihianna on a Coldplay album?? Coldplay is best when they sound organic, Us Against the World and Up With the Birds could have been some of their absolute best but imo they are just to over produced....and those are the most organic sounding songs on the album:\

I gotta say at first it was one of my least favorite songs on the album, maybe because of all the hype around it...but a few years laters it has become one of my favorites and maybe has the best lyrics on the album , that album might be their best, there just inst anything I dont like.

didnt I say it was an allegory of our treatment of Native Americans ha, I agree SOME parts of it werent the most original, some very much were. and I know Sherlock Holmes is a boxer in the stories, and I did like that scene, then they completley over did it, since when is he an action hero solving crimes with his braun more so then his brain?

best show on right now, well I mean House is always up there and Flash Forward is just on a short hiatus, but I still think the Mentalist might be better then those.

since when was Sherlock an action hero, Watson is not supposed to have his head on so strait if you know what I mean. I was expecting much more deducing and less chasing, I mean I knew the whole plot from the very start, it wasnt very funny, other then the scene with the violin and the flies haha, brilliant.The score was very blah when you compare it to a similar movie like Pirates. The acting was good but that was to be expected, besides that big thumbs down from me, but I know im in the minority here, I just wouldnt be getting hopes up for an oscar. Avatar is more then just about the effects, while its story line was semi predictable though you didnt know who the bad guy was untill near the end which I liked, it was also an allegory on our treatment of Native Americans and the enviorment, ohh and GREAT score

I honestly hated the movie, I had much higher expectations, doesnt follow the true Holmes character or Watson for that matter, it was predictable and Rachel Mcadams didnt even look that good, and she is a gorgeous girl. RDJ did do a good job though he mumbled through alot of lines. but I did watch it right after Avatar, I think I would have enjoyed it more if I saw it first, thats like Coldplay opening for 30 Seconds to Mars
