I'm going to be very disappointed if any of those songs turns out to be just an instrumental like Kaleidoscope and Colour Spectrum :joy: I love the album title, I love the name tracks and I have mixed feelings about the artwork. Nevertheless I'm excited!!!

They're taking their time with this track, probably reworking the whole song (lyrics, instruments) but who knows :confused:

Considering that they took their time to write this song while touring I can forgive Chris' lyrics (I like straight forward lyrics but a bit more elaborated haha :yum). The song is really catchy and uplifting, just what everyone needs right now. Made me realize again why I love this band so much :heart::D

When I went to their concert last year I bought a t-shirt that is almost the same he wears in that pic. It wasn't official but it's so cool.

I'm listening to Arcade Fire's Everything Now and overall I feel disappointed ("Put Your Money On Me" is so f*cking good!!!).

I'll do the same. The live version is not so bad but it's just not my thing right now.

Has anyone noticed there are a few differences between both A L I E N S (lyric video) and A L I E N S (EP)???? In the video, there's a little pause between the lyrics "all the E.T.'s are phoning home" and "watching my life...". Also, during "a patch, a corner", in the EP you can hear Chris singing "oh we just wanna get home...".:p

I'm like the lyrics, very inspirational, and overall an uplifting song, so catchy and beautiful :blush:

Ha I finally understood why I don't like the rap part I think it has something to do with the recordings. I'm sure I'll like it in the studio version since nowadays I enjoy rap.

This song is so good they need to work again with Eno probably for the rest of their career.

I'm really liking the happy vibe in this song! I like these little songs like Ink, they make me feel so good. GOD BLESS THIS BAND :heart_eyes: I felt that Big Sean part was kind of random, like, why is he even in this song? It doesn't seem to fit haha :blush: Overall I give it a solid 7. Still need to listen to the studio version to clear up some doubts :D

I can barely understand anything lmao it's like the first time we heard ASFOS it was recorded like this and it was impossible to hear the melody haha I'll wait for the EP then.

Maybe Hypnotised (EP Mix) will be a longer song. I think it will have some instrumental like the last part of Oceans that connects SJLT and it will give the EP a different ending.

I noticed yesterday that the song sounds much better if I listen to it on ny phone without headphones, I can hear all the instruments. With headphones it's great, too :p

Wait what happened there???:joy: I just saw this, I can't believe they changed some things from the EP. Hypnotised is perfect you better not ruin it, Coldplay :mad::p and what if Miracles (Someone Special) is a different brand new song with a similar name?
