worth dying or worth buying? buying depends. if i wasn't somebody who wanted all radiohead labums i wouldn't buy it, even though it's good. i would give it a 6 to 6.5 ... just above average. so i think it's good, just not great.

pablo honey is a good album, but it does not live up to the excellence we're used to hearing from radiohead. more than that, it's stylistically immature considering the level to which they push the envelope on the following albums. it plays out as much more of a mainstream rock album.

Thanks for all the good comments (most of which I'm gonna let stand since my feedback would be redundant. In the end, I think the worst parts of the acting performances, script, direction and other production elements can be traced back to the cast and crews seeming desire to adhere to the text at points where it may have been better to opt for a better piece of film. That, however, doesn't seem to be their primary goal. As such, they're probably very happy with the sacrifices they did and didn't make.

in the grand scheme of modern music, yeah, it's good. it's not really the radiohead that we have come to know and love, though.
