I also only use one "hah" for an insult, like if somebody said something meant to be OMG FUNNAI but it was not. I feel like one ha is just an acknowledgement of something that is supposed to be funny and I use it to discourage the funny-maker from ever saying anything again.

"lol" is for funny more than three "ha"s are for real chuckling any amount of capitalized "HA"s are for sudden forrealz laughter, with the more HAs there are, the longer the laughter is.

Sadly no, I got into them midway through the tour and plus they didn't play anywhere near where I live I don't think, and I wouldn't call it knowing every technicality, just the strobes on that song were memorable, and my friend had a signature with the band playing The Gloaming in green once so I've always associated green with the song.
