i've been checking target's shipping policy, none outside the us. it's really annoying, hell, coldplay is an uk band! why the us even?! i'm really annoyed, i'm from latin america, everything for us is so hard to get and expensive and they keep screwing us over. first the cancelation of the mx tour in latin america and then this. could it be that no fan outside the us can get the full album? we knew 9 songs wouldn't be a complete album... one thing is to release a bonus track on a japanese edition (that everyone did since the beginning of time for some reason, i still don't get it) but another thing is to cut 3 songs from an album that has ONLY 9! YOU'RE GIVING US AN EP! and the songs weren't pinkfloydian in duration... prospekt's march release may've been a theft, this definetly is. i don't want to download the songs via youtube, nor buy the overpriced album via ebay... i want to get the REAL album! i'm really angry for what should've been a really exciting announcement.

another nail in our latin american coffins

i loved the melody, i like the lyrics (people complaining about the lyrics... many of mx's lyrics were less profund than this one, it's an ok lyric) i like the feel, though i was expecting something more guitarish, more... played and less produced but this... this sounds great. what i didn't like was chris voice, it sound rusty, he cuts it early sometimes and somewhere in the beginning he's really close to being off key. but still, it makes me funny inside thinking about how the next album will sound like... i like the radiohead vibe, (just more positive... more coldplay :P ) it's accurate to compare this one with moving to mars and it was a great freaking song so yeah! jonny rocks in this one... man do you guys feel that this song is perfect to be lying down in a park at night with someone and just looking at the moon? i love songs like that... rating: 8/10

i zoomed and the first one i found was wally xD then chris, jonny, guy and will took me a while, that was a hard one xD it was really cool ! thanks bro, next time someone who has a lot of free time and knows how to draw should draw them and draw like... "find coldplay in a flaming lips concert" or something like that, drawing all kind of funny stuff in a concert and putting annoyingly similar characters to trick you, like in the real wally's.

:nod: yeah but i welcome that... that's an attempt to try something new. everything :nod: however i agree on what you say! it may have not been well capturated but it is a)yeah ETIAW was so different and i loved it inmediatley because of that! b)i agree, i think that next time they should produce something like it sounded on the live versions of these songs... the classic coldplay... but way different... that's challenging and something rad to hope for :cool: . IT IS HAPPY i like it because it makes me feel a lot better and full of hope! ETIAW is the most bouncy song they've ever done! c) :thinking:

the first time i listened to MX songs was back when they played them live in those festivals in 2011. I loved them and i was expecting the album much. but when i listened to it i felt like it was missing some... soul. the live versions sounded so powerful and colourful. i don't think the album was the best but i don't feel that the songs were bad at all. live 2012 should've been the album, that's the thing. the tour was the best, no doubt about that. the live versions were far better. personally, i liked those songs much because the lyrics have much meaning in my personal life and i take them as a guide in my actual state, so i couldn't trash it and i don't think i ever will with a coldplay album... i think i could always say something possitive about it. i loved the idea of a concept behind it, i value that a lot i'm looking forward to have the comic in my hands... i'm dying to hear what coldplay will bring us, i hope that they push their limits even further away. i think they can and i think it would be really surprising! :smug: and besides... because they broke my heart after cancelling the latin american tour so i need something :\ ps: loved ufo and up with the birds (you could say it's my favourite one?). the rest of the songs i think they are way better live (except from every teardrop and PoC... the album versions are waay better. first i hated the ideo of rihanna, i think it was just for money but... hey the duet sounds great so... you know?) ps2 (do not own xD ) : i didn't like that they released all those bad remixes and not a single b-side (apart from moving to mars GOD IT WAS GREAT) that "acoustic" PoC version? pleeaaase it was the original track with a guitar! come on!

:nod: :( i'm destroyed... if they'll be working on a new album... honestly it doesn't make me feel any better :cry: this tour was the one to see and i won't now... and when i could see them again here? 2015 2016? last time i could see them was back in 2010 in buenos aires! i've been checking their website every day or every 2 days since mylo came out to see when they were announcing the latin american tour, after the cancelation also... and imagining how i could be dressed like to watch them, which tickets to buy, the plan for that day... it's not just "well, bad luck, i'll see them with new songs in the future"

they all said why... :confused: you know, explaining why is a polite thing to do, i understand if they can't say it but you can't also don't understand that we need it.

sigh... that's exactly what i feel... we just had them, the best tour that they've ever done and now it won't happen... i was kind of depressed this year and i hoped for this concert so bad, for something to expect and i knew it would cheer me up... geez :cry: and we will never know why... the recording of the LP6 doesn't help me feel better though, they will do it anyway and they were coming here. i'm just heartbroken now i can't explain...

Live 2003: Pros: -Excellent tour diary. great idea, that was so cool and cute :nice: -Cool awesome rockish live versions of awesome songs - More intimate and personal ---> more connection Cons: - Audience were waaaay not into it - The guys didn't seem to enjoy it much, seemed nervous - Lack of spectacularity on the show display ---> somewhat boring? (HERESYYYY I KNOW :embarrassed: ) Live 2012: Pros: -Awesome shots, and outsanding "show": wristbands, fireworks, stage design and confeti---->epic -The guys enjoying themselves to the max... the happiest they've ever been, and that makes me happy too -Rocking audience -(personal favourite: chris's jokes, specially at the end :laugh3: :loveshower: ) Cons: -Too big? lack of conection... -Though interesting interviews (i've learnt a lot from them even though i keep up with news and everything that makes me a god-damned fan :nod: ) still not a tour diary... dissapointed -RIHANNA -RIHANNA AGAIN... GEEZ THAT SHOT WITH CHRIS :veryangry2: GET AWAY FROM HIIMMM IT'S OOURSSS!!! :shout: and gwyneth's... (you know, she has a great voice, when she said hello and laughed she seemed cool and nice, but when she got in that super-star character... annoying. and I won't forget or understand what chris said "the first person that i could think of for this song was RIHANNA... i knew it!!! everything from the cancelation of the latin american tour was so confusing but i knew this wasn't possible... and i love that they are thinking of new material it's so exciting! :D perhaps some new songs will be shown during the latin american tour??? :cool: or a new ep before perhaps???

i heard it from a friend today. i was out and i told her that that was absolutely impossible for many reasons... but in the way home i started panicking... there were legitimate reasons for panicking. if someone said that before they'd announced the cancellation of the latin american tour i would say they were insane. but after that and after all the confusion i didn't and i still don't, but in a lesser degree, know what to think. i've read the comments here, and specially taking into account the comment of the ones there in brisbane... i'd say he meant going to australia as he always says... it's the same for every end of every important leg of the tour he always says that. and if they weren't coming here (lat america) for 5 or 6 years it would be totally rude, illogical and almost impossible. BUT there's no official confirmation or denial about this... one more thing: they always take a 3 year (more or less) break between albums... some to rest (and we encourage that they deserve it!) and to work on the album properly (and we encourage that! it takes time to make a great album... i'd be worried if they were announcing a new LP in a year or so...)

well this may sound pedantic but if i were coldplay I would have thought that i could get nominated :rolleyes: so i wouldn't had rushed to announce the dates if i knew that that possibility existed...

I'm concerned mostly for those people who had booked plane tickets to see them (seems a little bit rushed to me to book tickets for a plane to go to a concert without even having the ticket to the show but...) and I want to know what happened. i haven't seen a clear explanation or at least a firm possible one but... the one of the pregnancy should solve the issues about the rush and about the importance and should solve the questions of the other possibilites: it couldn't had been a bad organization issue because otherwise they wouldn't had made the announcement of going in the first place. if the first one is true then... STOP MAKING BABIES YOU BUNNIES! :P i'm not entirely sure about that one... and i'm curious about a more detailed explanation. it's so sad... i was planning how to go and i was so mentalized :(

tell me if chris doesn' make a lot of incredibly cute faces in these videos :rolleyes: all those camera shots, that fucking shot of the crowd in the charlie brown video... :shocked2: i can't even... i want to see that with my own eyes so bad! and i'm thrilled with the stage animations. i didn't see much videos of this tour because i hate to see concerts in bad quality so i was reserving for this and now is a lovely surpise what they did! they've improved A LOT the show since glaston or the unstaged even is so cool! :) i want this dvd NOW!!! just a couple of things: i didn't like those animated things in the video... not the backround but those things they put in front... they look silly idk :( also i was hoping they wouldn't put shots of people not knowing the lyrics or not singing AND THEY DID! :angry: but i mean i'm not saying that all the 100.000 fellows in there have to sing and know the lyrics that's impossible and i'm fine with that, they went to have fun and see a cool band that's awesome but DO NOT SHOW THOSE PEOPLE ON THE DVD! it looks like if no one knew the lyrics you know? i think that they should have included the audio of the crowd at all times also... i like to listen to that. is that asking too much for an awesome dvd? YES YES IT IS :lol: I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS :D ps: will rocks so bad :wink3:

i can't watch the videos!!!!!!!!!! it makes me really nervous i don't know why but all the pages crashes and some chrome error appears... help? :confused: ps: after reading all the comments... i mean for what i could see i'm going to love it. i love the story behind this album, i love the idea of a comic book that express it and i'd sure love a video like this, not like any videos of nowadays ( or cb and poc... :sneaky: ) that tells a story, that shows the thoughts and the creative process that the band has been involved into... it's something for us! the fans to enjoy, the new coldplayers to discover :)

it's hard for me to say... when someone asks me i say "i listen mostly to alternative rock, but i listen to rock, indie, pop, metal, funk, jazz, classical, techno, folk... i listen to a lot of genres except for some latin rythms here in argentina that i hate and like... most of the super hard metal. i just like rammstein i don't know what genre it belongs to :P

noooooo not again!!! well to be honest, it's not like an unique idea. i came up with something similar to that a couple of years ago so why not them on their own? it feels sad to be suspicious really but i have to keep in mind that we're talking about jonny chris guy and will and that they wouldn't steal anything ever :smug:
