It was definitely a great album. I'm pretty sure it won several Grammy's too. Maybe I just burned myself out on it bc I played it too much?? RHCP records are like flavors of ice cream for me. Just depends on what I'm in the mood for. Guitar rock....definitely SA. Melodies....BTW I think I'm With You is my flavor of the month. I don't think it's better than any of the others, but I like the different taste!

I think the lady should have spent more time reading Gwyneth's article than working on her story that twisted what she said. Guess she has to use Gwyneth's name to get people to read her article.

I did like Stadium Arcadium, but honestly I skip over more songs on that one than any of the previous records or I'm With You. There are a few that sound very repetitive to my ears. On the other hand, the ones I love I still haven't tired of. Kind of a mixed bag for me. I agree with you about I'm With You being more diverse. I know some people don't like the new sound, but I find myself listening to it without skipping over any tracks. That is usually something I only do with Coldplay.

I don't mind a difference of opinions and constructive criticism, but there are a few people on this board who are consistently negative. Just makes me wonder why they would take the time to sign up for this board?? :confused: Oh and one of those people does post in the "pictures of Chris/Gwyneth" threads, so......

Sorry if I came off snarky. I'm just shocked at the amount of negativity towards Coldplay, ETIAW, Chris, Gwyneth etc on this board. Guess it finally caught up with me. Maybe I need a coldplaying vacation.

I take all these rumors with a huge grain of salt. Over the years there have been many articles about Chris and Gwyneth getting divorced too. There might be something there, but a lot of the time I think people just want to sell magazines.

I'm going to agree with you. Although I don't share G's view on people having affairs, I have to realize she grew up immersed in the world of Hollywood. I think it's pretty common fare in show business. Obviously I don't know Chris, but he doesn't come across as the womanizer type to me. When I read the comments, I immediately thought of the situation with Chris's parents this year. :(
