^ Uhh . . . actually I'm pretty sure it was Clocks because I remember reading something about Chris waking up and going to the studio in the middle of the night because he had this piano sequence stuck in his head. He called Jonny and he came down to the studio also and they figured it out between them.

I quite like this theory--I could definitely see MX unfolding as you described it. If the album turns out to be like this, I'm going to love it :D I honestly think that ETiaW can be made better by putting in the right place within the tracklisting :nod: As a standalone it's rather unremarkable, but if it's just one chapter in a story . . .

^ Yes it is! :wideeyed: The time just before an album drops is always my favorite time (aside from actually listening to the album for the first time, of course :D). I just love the excitement and the slowly building anticipation and hype. And I have a feeling that MX is going to have one heck of a promotion buildup :dance:

^ Agreed :nod: You know . . . I've always wondered what Coldplay would be like to this day if Will's friend had shown up for the audition :P of it they hadn't showed Guy that lyric snippet that convinced him to join the band. Coldplay does seem to be destined to be together.

^^ Yeah, but at this point it's just the guys and a couple of EMI associates that have access to the tracks (actually . . . the guys don't have access to the tracks, do they? :thinking:) so it's a lot easier for them to prevent a leak. Once the copies are shipped, however, the chance of having a leak skyrockets because who-knows how many people are going to have access to the album.

This! I have no idea how much it's going to cost so I haven't bought anything within the past few months :D
