  1. LOL great thread, but I really enjoy it, hell, it can be a lead single for all i care, as long as I enjoy, that's all that matters. At first I was some what dissappointed, but it really grew on me.
  2. Hey, they did something like that with one of my favourite bands too, "Ghost of the Robot". Fantastic band, and have great fan service. But to be honest, for some reason, I may not want Coldplay to do that, considering, up until now, I've literally loved EVERYTHING they put out, and I just want more of it, even if it's just a title :P. Personally I like MX, it's simple, yet the meaning can be very complex. If I saw that, with a tracklist including UFO, I would have definately checked it out if I didn't know Coldplay. It seems weirdly interesting :)
  3. I'm with you on Lost!, I really like that song much more than Lovers in Japan, however, I like Lovers in Japan as well. But I hope they keep the classics in the setlist, like Yellow, In My Place, The Scientist, Politik, Clocks, Fix You and Everything's Not Lost. Those songs just never get old for me =P. Maybe even constantly changing God Put A Smile Upon Your Face, the new one sounds fantastic and I wonder what else they can do with it.
  4. While I'd love a super long album, i think only Coldplay fans would enjoy it considering they want to get their hands on as many songs as possible. While those who just listen to good albums, it should be short, I doubt people who aren't fans would like to hear more than an hour of the same album =S. It's what I think anyways =P.
  5. Well, the first post had me believing it, and that's about it. And yeah, he was pretty rude to do such a dumb thing, you gotta be one loser, even for a 14 year old. It's really crazy how he's so cocky about it and thinks he's so smart, it's actually funny at times, but i don't really care anymore. I guess on with the Coldplay discussions =P
  6. Dude, you gotta stop saying what's what when you obviously don't know, no one knows at this point. And if you're trying to troll again thinking you're clever and smart, I'm telling you now, people are gonna hate your guts afterward. Sure the first trolling was clever, but I just forgot about it, considering it was once. Now, you gotta just stop. Just say what you think, and stop trying to post fake facts.

  8. I agree completely. They are experimenting, and with all of the results, it's pretty good. I mean, look at where they were with Parachutes, it was pretty good, and now look where they are now. They are evolving, as much as I love the previous Coldplay eras, I can't wait for the next one. They really are trying to expand their horizons, and you can definitely see it.
  9. LMAO maybe :) jk and we're quick to forgive because there's no point in freaking out over it and he seemed pretty chill in another thread :p
  10. Exactly, all negativity aside, it was pretty damn clever.... but I hope nobody does anything like that again :P.... and if they do, I might just read it for laughs. While I did not believe it by the end, half of it actually had me ><
  11. I think the only times they will do commercial music when it's a collaboration is when they are collaborating with someone they are closed to, and not just set up with. I mean, they collaborated with Jay-Z, Kanye West and Michael Stipe, all of whom he speaks to sometimes or is fond of. Just my opinion though =P Plus, it doesn't really seem like they are going too commercial either way, Every Teardrop may seem commercial to some people, but it's something they probably felt like doing for the heck of it, just for it to be exciting. Look at Major Minus, Moving to Mars or Hurts Like Heaven, I don't think any of those are too commercial.
  12. She did? I though she was always saying everything was undecided at the moment and she really didn't know >< I must have missed something.
  13. While I do agree that it was a stupid and a douche move, it was one time, it doesn't really matter anymore. We know it's all false now and it lasted for a day, so I figure people should let it go. Plus he doesn't seem like a bad guy, I mean right now, he seems like someone I wouldn't mind sharing ideas about the album to.
  14. I would love if they did that, but at the same time, it doesn't seem like something they'd do, they really care about when and what they release, if any of them are displeased, they wouldn't want to. I think that part was mentioned in either 60 min or the hour =S don't know. But I wish they would or maybe a b-side album, similar to Sawdust of The Killers.
  15. Yeah, I think it's either that or Princess of China, both are really fun and good songs to listen to, even if one of them is in really low quality =P
  16. LOL me too, but I don't like rushing people :P Plus I honestly don't think they have a name or release date, maybe ideas but nothing official. They might figure everything out after the festival on August 5th considering there won't be any for another month or two, a pretty big gap, most likely planned for the album. What I'm guessing though.
  17. =S it says story is withdrawn, but it's all speculation either way.....
  18. hmm, I don't know about that considering it was written from over a month ago =/ but atleast you backed it up =P.
  19. To be honest, I really don't think Every Teardrop is bad. The song was meant for the festivals as well as a closing track, hence why they probably didn't put very creative lyrics in it. Not all their tracks need to have so much work put into it so it can stand out as much as Politik, The Scientist or Viva La Vida. They just wanted to try something really new, seperate from the rest of their songs and to simply be an exciting track, and in my opinion, they succeeded. @Bloody, haha I noticed that part too, it sounded like he sort of bridged away from singing for that part or something, but definately not try to rap :P.
  20. Really? was there an article about it or.....?
  21. Well one or two troll moves aren't that bad, but once you start making giant stories and seeing people start to believe you, and you literally continue telling them stories and even making countless threads and accounts, it gets pretty ridiculous. And with all this THEN saying you're a Coldplay, I honestly wouldn't respect you as a person. I may not have believed you, but several fellow Coldplay fans got their hopes up. *smh*
  22. I live the glow in the dark graffiti in the dark room.... overall, it's pretty good, but the constant changing image seems sort of annoying at times, but that IS the video so no complaints =D.
