  1. Me and my mate are gonna try (and no doubt fail) to get hold of Leeds tickets somehow, so we can see Origin live and see Muse for the third year in a row. I know we'll fail, but I at least wanna be able to say I've tried. :p
  2. Also looking forward to the new Chilis and Coldplay albums of course :p
  3. Bon Iver - Bon Iver, Bon Iver (it's so good they put their name on it THREE times :P) Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues Destroyer - Kaputt Radiohead - The King of Limbs Arctic Monkeys - Suck It and See Those are the five best albums so far for me this year, in random order
  4. They played at a free festival in my city last September, but I couldn't see them cause I was seeing Muse that night. Not really a fan so it's not a problem.
  5. I remember being friends with a girl who lived near me for a bit but she moved away and I've long sine forgotten her name and what she looked like... I used to be friends with family members of my age like my cousins and stuff, but I don't think they count since it's granted you'll get along with family a lot of the time. Apart from that I had no friendships until I was about 8 or 9 and I'd hardly call any of those friendships in the typical sense tbh I went to nursery and I never spoke to anyone unless they spoke to me. I was the quiet kid so obviously people tried to befriend me for other purposes, mainly to taunt me in the long run. So yeah, no actual friends until I was 8/9 and even then I went until I was about 12 having only a handful. I was sheltered I guess.
  6. People genuinely freak out when I tell them, seriously what's the big deal? :S
  7. It's not the end. There are others out there. I'm currently in a bad way about something similar to this because I just can't let go... Even when there's obviously nothing there anymore. And that is because I didn't try to move on straight away. Don't make the mistake I made.
  8. LOVE IS GLORY
  9. I was about 8 or 9, didn't really have any friends until then. And it wasn't until I was about 12 that I started to get more than about 4 friends. Apparently this isn't 'normal' but I can't even remember if I cared at the time... What about you guys? :p
  10. It should most definitely be made legal. The world would be a happier place to live in. :)

  12. I think about it often... And I always have. I come to different conclusions depending on my mood. I'm in a bad place at the minute so it scares me. It scared me as a child. But last year I didn't care. I was happy with my life last year, I thought about death as peace. A rest, kind of. I'd be ready for it when it comes and I'd be happy with the life I'd lived. But now I feel dread when I think about it. Maybe I'll change my mind again, maybe I won't. Who knows?
  13. I'm not sure where else I can put this, but is anyone experienced with editing Wikipedia articles? I'm planning on editing and updating the article for The Resistance Tour, which I think is pretty mediocre as it stands... We're talking pictures of the stadium set-up, a 'Reception' section which explains the reviews concerts in the tour was met with, an explaination of the summer stadium polls which fans could vote for certain songs to be played and of course an updating of the setlists, seeing as the setlists from the last few shows haven't been put on the article yet, among other things. Is anyone up for this? I'd do it myself but I don't have the time or patience, plus I'm bad at doing stuff like entering pictures and setlists. It could be a great article - take a look at some of the articles for the U2 or Coldplay tours (particularly the 360 Tour) for an idea as to how this could end up. I've worked on some other Muse articles as well. I added a 'Critical reception and legacy' section to Showbiz, as well as a 'Live performances' section to Exogenesis: Symphony if you want some examples on stuff I've edited into other Muse articles. Long story short, anyone wanna help out? I think there's potential for a good article and I think everyone interested in Muse deserve a good article, so that fans, both new and old, can read up on as much info they can find on the tour on this one article. :) Here's a link to the article as it is now, it's okay but as you may tell it seems a bit dated: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Resistance_Tour

  15. I always knew it would end up like this... So that's the Rick Rubin material, the Danger Mouse album and Songs of Ascent out of the window for good is it? Or will the new album be one of those projects? Or a combination of them all? ._. Like I said though, I always had a feeling it'd get to the point where they'd be like "Nah, we can't start recording properly until 360 is over." and then deciding on a 2012 release date. I like that they're looking as if they'll start releasing albums faster though. :)
  16. It's getting light here. 4am and I need to be up at 10am. Why do I do this? :dead:
