  1. Tortoises are similar to turtles. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are awesome. Coldplay is awesome. Toothpaste.
  2. ...and the bubble burst. Warning Sign? I don't want to battle Barney and all of his friends
  3. Going on the 4th but I am excited to see how they set the stage up!
  4. *looking forward to the new Loldplays* *a bunch of erotic Chris and Jonny stuff* *face palm* Maybe tomorrow...
  5. Yes, it's supposed to be like that! I like it! :)
  6. I dreamed of going to a Coldplay concert but they were performing hits from other bands and I was disappointed and sad and confused. Then I woke up, and I was like, WTF???
  7. You could make an argument for HLH and CB as the best for different reasons. HLH because it's so fast-paced and relentless and beautiful and awesome. CB because it's a Coldplay- Classic with amazing incorporation of the Xylobands.
  8. PoC was better at Rock im Park
  9. I cannot confirm or deny that their older concerts were longer, but if any band does it right, its Coldplay. Their energy onsatge is a joy to watch and it never gets old. I wouldn't be too upset that they shortened their concerts. There are many things that Coldplay have done that has divided the fanbase, but I think everyone can agree that their concerts are outstanding.
  10. I defend Paradise on this forum because it gets so much undeserved hate. I like the song, a lot. My only criticism are the lyrics. They don't suck, which you may think that's what I meant when I said they were no masterpiece. The lyrics are ok, they do their job. All I am saying is that they are not great. They are very simple and blunt, not vey figurative or elaborate. I've said my piece.
  11. Now you're just digging yourself a hole.
  12. DLIBYH I know Santa Clause will call my name
  13. eight to nine, nine to Ten
  14. see, the meaning of the lyrics are obvious. you are proving my point. "When she was just a girl/ she expected the world/ but it flew away from her reach/ so she ran away in her sleep/ and dreamed of para, para, paradise" you basically just para para paraphrased that verse. :D
  15. you made a fair comparison. leave it at that. haters 'gon hate
  16. cool! it should be awesome!!!! you can probably make a friend there, coldplayers don't bite :sneaky:
  17. this is why it is so great. Politik was written in response to 9/11, so maybe this explains some things
  18. perhaps. but also remember in School of Rock that song that Zack wrote went "Rock got no reason, rock got no rhyme" it might just be a common phrase
  19. 7? not surprised.:dozey:
  20. please enlighten us. What is the true meaning of the lyrics of Paradise
  21. Thanks guys. So I guess no X-stage? :( Oh well, it should still be great.
  22. Politik is a very good song. I don't think it has any problems.
  23. My Concern With Coldplay @ The Hollywood Bowl My question is: How are Coldplay going to setup the stage at the HWB? I'm concerned that the venue will not be able to have the catwalk and X-stage. For me, the X-stage is very important because that makes the intimate parts of the concert more intimate. And seeing Chris run up and down it is a very exciting aspect of their concerts. Any insight on my concern would be appreciated. :)
