There are undeniable parallels here, but your theory is probably wrong. Postcards From Far Away is it's own song. It kinda has a beginning and an end, and it really doesn't connect with The Hardest Part. On the other hand, the piano outro on Warning Sign seems to go with the end of the song. Also it is short, so it probably won't be it's own song.

The Frankenstein Monster is a human brought back to life. On the MX tour, Coldplay brought the song Warning Sign back to life. Bagels

My brief review: The show was flawless. Not one mistake, which in a way is kind of disappointing since it's always a special moment when someone screws up on UATW or something. But I'm not complaining. All the things you take for granted- the fireworks, the lighting, the amplification- were all perfect, which I appreciate. The band had outstanding energy, and the crowd reciprocated that energy ten-fold. You could tell everyone was having a good time. The setlist flowed very nicely, and the Beastie Boys tribute was very special. And what about the Hollywood Bowl? Great venue. I will go to many more Coldplay concerts in the future, but I doubt anything will top this.

I'm in F3. Seems like a lot of Coldplayers will be around me in the F sections so hopefully the crowd won't be totally lame like it was at UCLA last summer. Very excited! By the way, did Speed of Sound replace a different song in the setlist or was it just added to it?

Sadly, this is true. Its a shame that now Chris must feel obligated to play PoC live since Rihanna agreed to feature in the first place... :(

I hope Coldplay realizes that having a pre-recorded video of Rihanna during a live performance of PoC is tacky. It doesn't work live! I recommend Amsterdam, UFO, or even Help Is Round the Corner. Cuz I like HIRTC alotzzz. ;)

Thanks for the pic LFDianne! Hooray for the X-stage! I'm excited to go but this concert is more for my Dad. I introduced Coldplay to him and he has slowly grown to like them (he's kind of picky when it comes to music. When I play my iPod in the car with him I try to pepper in the best of Coldplay as much as i can to try to win him over). but, I digress... XSTAGE YAY!!!!

I like it. It's good, but for me personally, I can't really get into it for whatever reason. Perhaps it was overshadowed by the other songs introduced during the summer festivals. After all, HLH and CB are killer tunes. Just a theory, though.
