  1. Oh my, so much band love! I play tenor sax in marching band. We're doing a Vegas theme this year :)
  2. Mylo Xyloto sounds like a perfect name for a Coldplay album. It's like Viva la Vida. It was based off the painting by a painter who wrote Viva la Vida boldly over her painting as a kind of defiance against her physical condition. Naming an album after a name related to graffiti, a defiant art form, makes perfect sense.
  3. The name of the song makes me think it'll be really guitary, but that's just me. Not necessarily acoustic, but maybe
  4. Title: Mylo Xyloto 1 MX/Hurts Like Heaven 2 Major Minus (New arrangement....Please?) 3 REX 4 Princess of China 5 Up with the Birds 6 U.F.O. / Alien Radio (Hidden Track) 7 Mylo Xyloto 8 Car Kids 9 Us Against the World 10 Golden Arrow 11 Up in Flames 12 Charlie Brown 13 Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall EP: Major Minus Media 1 Tomorrow 2 DLIBYH (Don't Let It Break Your Heart?) 3 Don Quixote 4 Under One Roof 5 To The Sky 6 A Hopeful Transmission 7 (Acoustic form of song from album) 8 Paradise This would be the coolest thing ever!
  5. TBH, that's where I thought it was at first, it does look a little like DC
  6. On R42's latest blog (http://coldplay.com/newsdetail.php?id=766) he said they were taking some photos for a paper back home. So that photo is probably not related to the next single, though you can never be sure with Coldplay.
  7. I'm not surprised Major Minus is making the album. Its been treated to much like an actual album track (being played everywhere), while MTM has been treated like a true b-side (only been played live once, possibly never seeing the colored light of concert ever again). Anyway, maybe MM will get a new mix, make it a little fresh. Either way, I'm still excited for LP5

When I click on the link, it sends me to some website called Ticketometer to buy tickets for a Coldplay cover band. I haven't heard this track, but I say fake based completely off the fact of where it sends me
  9. I think MX and Mylo Xyloto are two seperate tracks. MX is a nice short intro while Mylo Xyloto has been registered as a 3 min 30 sec track. However, MX may be an element of Mylo Xyloto, so MX and Mylo Xyloto will both probably be on LP5, but MX would blend directly into Hurts Like Heaven like it does live (maybe even not be listed in the tracklisting, which might be what Oracle was hinting at).
  10. As much I love MM, MTM, and ETIAW, since they've already been released, I hope they won't be on the album so we can get more new songs.
  11. When I notate music, I use noteflight.com. It's online, so you can't access it offline, but it's easy, free, and can play the parts. The premium membership has more instruments, but if all you need is piano the free membership has that. Good luck :)
  12. Personally, I think what they did with What a Wonderful World was awesome, I loved it! It got the crowd pumped, and then led to Fix You, which only got the crowd more excited. But overall, a great show
  13. Hey, I was wondering if anybody has sheet music for Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall?
  14. I think the voice is probably being distorted so they don't give away the whole song before they release it. That being said, I still prefer the studio version. Who knows, they may undistort the voice for the official release.
