Hmm well if you two have never had that kind of vibe going on and you're good mates I don't see why you can't get past this! Me and this guy have always had this weird chemistry between us, I can't remember when we last just relaxed in each other's company as 'just friends'. I think you can get past this though, I really do, as long as she is thinking along the same lines as you are.

The only advice I can give you is to be honest with each other. I haven't mentioned this before on the board but basically we got really close, I went round to his and it was all good for weeks. He decided that it was not going to work and was going to go on a date with another girl without letting me know. It was a big deal for me cos we're quite close and I've known him for so long, I don't see why he couldn't tell me. Needless to say we had a huge bust-up, and I have found out through my spies that he never did go on that date. Perhaps there is hope...
