  7. Yes, I finally read the book. As unauthorized biographies go, this one is very well written with lots of good info about the band. PS. Whatever happened to Michelle a.k.a Mimixx? She was a Coldplay walking library. :)
  8. In the parking lot of my local supermarket today, I saw a tiny lady with a cart full of groceries. As I was hesitating, debating if I should offer her my help, her husband came out of their van, he was limping. It looked like he's had a stroke and lost some motion on his left side. I walked up to them and proceeded to help them load the groceries in the trunk, then took the cart back to the return area. It felt really good. I then got back in my car and blasted Politik on my way home.
  9. Blame it on Chris. The guy must have been having flashbacks:laugh3: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjE_29pU7gg]Striptease by Chris Martin (Shirtles)_Hot In Here - YouTube[/ame]
  10. Jonny genuinely laughs at Chris' jokes.
  11. Chris must have missed it when he was at a Mumford & Sons concert recently:shocked2:
  12. When you refer to Michael Stipe as Uncle Mike:)
  13. Yup. Imageshack won't let me upload pdf files.
  14. The story was before 12.12.12 I wonder if he's waiting for them in NY.
  15. I hope they do singles as well b/c I'm only interested in Chris' performance.
  16. Probably the Epix version since it was also 1 hr long.
  17. It's a big deal. American men don't usually kiss other men. Chris looked too adorable to be left alone.:)
  18. Even Stipe can't help himself.
  19. The whole scene with Michael Stipe was so endearing to the point Michael felt moved and gave Chris a kiss on the cheek. American men just don't kiss other men. Chris is a very thoughtful young man. Michael Stipe lives in downtown NYC and was directly affected by Sandy, yet he wasn't going to be part of this big musical occasion in his own city. Chris is the one who pulled him out of retirement to do this one number with him and according to many reviews I've read, it was the true surprise and highlight of the whole night. He did the same for Richard Ashcroft at Live 8 2005 as well as for this Aussie legend who's name escapes me at the Sydney concert benefit in 2009.
  20. Losing My Religion was played exactly they way they arranged it, Chris mainly playing guitar and harmonizing with Michael in a few places. I disagree that he got nervous thus his voice disappearing. Viva La Viva on guitar was cool but my favorite was the piano riff for UATW. I can't stop playing it. I really loved his all set. This was a different occasion, so I didn't expect him to sound the way he does during Coldplay concerts.
  21. There! It's here Off to bed listening the whole thing over and over again.
