Coldplay to Take 2013 Off
I'm not basing this on the rumors, but rather on gut feeling. There's no way these guys are going to end the MX Tour without going to South America for a couple of proper concerts.

Chris should write a solo album?
It's something he might do one day, long after Coldplay has slowed down and the guys want a sabbatical or something. I feel Jonny riffs would still be part of any solo project Chris might undertake in his old age. The solo sessions he did back in 2009 when Eno kicked him out of the bakery were wonderful. This Fix You version has become my favorite [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vnGmG9CZBDg]Chris Martin Fix You acoustic - YouTube[/ame] And this Yellow is fantastic [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeCX8UiAIoM]Every Mother Counts 2012 - Coldplay - Yellow (Acoustic) - YouTube[/ame] I can definitely buy an album full of this type of songs. 1 last one [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Il_48U7Moc]The Scientist + Take That & Robbie Williams. When Exactlly Did Coldplay Become A Big Band?
I'm simply saying it's a different, interesting angle I didn't consider.

When Exactlly Did Coldplay Become A Big Band?
That is an angle I didn't think of. Big to me means filling arenas + selling lots of records.

When Exactlly Did Coldplay Become A Big Band?
I was cooking dinner earlier when this question crossed my mind. When did they exactly become a big band? Was it after Glastonbury 2002? Or When they played that stretch of concerts in June 2003, notably the Hollywood Bowl, Red Rocks, and Madison Square Garden. Or was it when they toured X&Y? Is there a bigger band than Coldplay right now? Just wondering.

You can see a drunk Chris on the New Year's Eve 2011 in Las Vegas video somewhere on you tube. Somehow I really don't like it. I'm embarrassed for him. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsMPyFo1jOQ]New Years Eve 2011 Jay Z, Coldplay, Kanye West - Homecoming - YouTube[/ame]

I saw it on some website the other day. The interviewer didn't look anything like he sounded. He was actually younger and cuter. I pictured an older and mature man for some reason. His voice was very soothing and he really did a good job on that interview.

A Rush Of Blood To the Head - 10th Anniversary - August 26, 2012
I'm so glad I'm not the only looney around here. Since I'm the mother, I raise my finger to say, hold it!

Post pictures of the gorgeous Chris
I think it's rubbish as well but if Blythe is really in trouble healthwise, I have no problem with Gwyneth moving to be near her. She has often talked about a mother who turned down parts that could have made her a superstar to raise her children. Remember she's the one who altered her life, moving to London and putting her carrier on hold for her family. Perhaps it's about time Chris puts Gwyneth's needs 1st. Hopefully, none of this is true.

Gwyneth...
Part of me wants to believe it b/c I love the idea of Chris living on the same continent as me. But we know that the band works on new music even when they're not touring. I can't see them taking a whole year off "kicking back". I hope the old girl is ok though. I just watched a movie of hers I never saw before called The Propisition. William Hurt is in it as well.

Random Coldplay thoughts...
I've been helping a good friend catch up with work since Saturday. I get through it by listening to Coldplay non-stop and the day just flies by. No time to get bored at all.

[9-Sep-2012] Coldplay @ Paralympics Closing Ceremony, London, UK (please post your reviews for Wiki,
Coldplay wrote a song to play with her as a duete, clearly invited her to the Parlympics. Yet she should be the one to f... off? Why won't you ask Coldplay to leave her the f... alone since they are the ones solliciting her services?

Gwyneth Paltrow backing 'Stand Up to Cancer' telethon for Channel 4 Published Thursday, Aug 23 2012, 2:33am EDT | By Kate Goodacre Gwyneth Paltrow is helping to organize a charity telethon for Channel 4 in aid of cancer research. Stand Up to Cancer, which was originally launched in the US four years ago by the late Laura Ziskin, will be hosted by Davina McCall, Alan Carr and Dr Christian Jessen. Paltrow is also producing the third US telethon, which will air on September 7 across several major US TV networks. Stars including Ricky Gervais, Jimmy Carr and Derren Brown are being courted for the Channel 4 broadcast, with producers also hoping to secure the support of A-List celebrities such as David Beckham and Colin Firth. "This is a huge commitment for Channel 4 and will be the biggest thing of its kind on UK telly after Comic Relief," an insider told The Sun. "The idea is not just to rip off Comic Relief, but to provide a similarly upbeat and fun night of programming that touches people and gets them reaching for their credit cards." The source also touted a "high-profile cast" and added: "It will be all about having fun, but with a serious cause attached. Funds raised will go specifically towards the UK's leading clinical research into cancer, ensuring that new treatments get to patients faster." Production company Maverick TV has also released a general casting call to find people who have cancer and who are happy to be profiled in five short films to air during the telethon. Filming dates for the shorts are given as September 2012 in the note, ahead of transmission in the third week of October 2012. http://www.digitalspy.com/celebrity/news/a401228/gwyneth-paltrow-backing-stand-up-to-cancer-telethon-for-channel-4.html
