It was very strange for me. I was watching the How We Saw The World special on TV because of some girl I was falling hard at the time was a big Coldplay fan. At that time I knew very little about Coldplay. And my musical taste consisted of only hard rock stuff and a little of hip-hop and reggae. So I was blown away when Politk starts playing. Not only that, I felt like this weird looking guy with tons of charisma was singing about the way I was feeling about myself and the external world. I thought: - This guy is reading my mind or what?:shocked2: It was strange and a little creepy. I could relate with every lyric and every song in a way no other band or artist has done before for me. I started to chase more information about them and I discover not only they are great musicians but appears to be great human beings, incredible humble and caring with the fans. Coldplay is a big time band that don't act like rock stars, or "gods", or celebrities they act like average humans just doing their jobs, enjoying life and spreading a good message. I couldn't get the girl, but she gave me Coldplay and I was happy after all.

I hope they bring back Politk soon. That was the high point of the tour so far. :bigcry:

I heard somewhere Chris was sick and with fever this week. That may explain for some people who thinks his voice was a little off last night. I can't give an opinion about it because I not heard or saw the video of the performances last night.

I'm sorry. I guess you are right. I just wish they play a little more songs since we don't know if we will going to get another album and another tour. And if we get it's not going be anytime soon. That being said I'm just happy and grateful they will play in my country next week. I'm counting the days.

I think my expectations was very high after the supposed setlist leaked. This trolls hahah. No Rush of Blood To The Head, GPASUYF, Moving to Mars.. The setlist is very short also. The same amount of songs they play during the festivals of 2011.But they played Politik (my favorite Coldplay song) and Midnight, so I'm happy :) .

Fix You, The Scientist and Gravity. Gravity being the saddest for me, I can't even hear the song without feeling a bit odd. It's the only one song I avoid to hear from them because the melody is so sad and depressing .

Yes! I agree with you. I was joking (just see my spoiler tag hehe). Chris said they're are open to play the songs the fans wanted to, so I think now is the perfect time to ask them to play songs they never played live before (Ghost Story and All My Friends for E.X) and the old ones (Politk, Spies, AROBTH).

Me too. Maybe they will change their minds later, but for now it appears to be deadset for them. It will be interesting if Jonny and Will have another side project in mind. That would be pretty cool to see.

I'm thinking about this answer and trying to figure out and in my mind I came up with this: They are not breaking up or ending the band, they're still friends and will collaborate with each other sometimes. Coldplay will not make full LP's with big world tour and promotions around it anymore. That doesn't mean Coldplay will stop working with music, they could still release singles now and then, collaborate and produce for another artists but LP7 will be their last LP. Coldplay will exist but in another form. For me it's fair they probably miss their familys and friends after being so active the last couple of years and want to have time for their personal projects. It's artistically health for everyone of them too.

I will avoid spoilers setlists like crazy hahaha. This is one of the first concerts for AHFOD tour so will not be too difficult to avoid. When I saw Coldplay for the first time during the MX tour I already knew all the songs and the order they played hahaha. It was like : - Ok they played UATW, so next is Politk latter Viva.... For now the only thing I know for sure is AHFOD is opening the set and Up&Up is closing it.
