I tried to make my custom Ghost Stories edition but it didn't ended very well :( I place All My Friends after Magic and it worked so perfectly to me that I had no choice but to left Ink behind. The transition from All My Friends to Ink feels awkward to me, and for me Ghost Story fit very well after All My Friends or True Love. So I was done with the first half of the album (before Midnight), the second half is to perfect for me to change anything (Midnight, Another's Arms, Oceans and O fits perfectly together). So I was forced to left Ink behind, and of course this is my least favorite song from the album.:P This is what I decided to do: Alternative 1 Always in My Head Magic All My Friends Ghost Story True Love O part 2 Midnight Another's Arms Oceans Sky Full Of Stars O Alternative 2 Always in My Head Magic All My Friends True Love Ghost Story O 2 Midnight Another's Arms Oceans A Sky Full Of Stars O

THIS. It's ridiculous to buy the regular edition knowing the existence of this f******* incredible songs on the target limited US edition. It's so unfair with the hardcore fans living outside US. I will delay my purchase of the regular edition until I have no hope for getting this. I hope they release a "Ghost Stories EP" in the future. When Chris said in the Zane Lowe interview that they are writing things in the studio, gave me hope for this to happen. Maybe in six months???:rolleyes::wink3: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anyway, this song is just a trip of what could happen if they done" A Rush of Blood To The Head pt 2". I remember of "Moses" and "One I Love" while listening to this.

TOP 3: 1 - O : Probably the best Coldplay song from the last three albums (Ghost Stories, Mylo Xyloto, Viva La Vida). Gave me shivers every single time I heard until now. The "new Fix You" (one of the songs that more evokes emotion from people) for sure. Instant classic. 2 - Oceans: Second best lyrics from the album. Its such a beautiful meditation about everything you been through and how it would be ok, if you become opened to it, the sun and the rain, the happiness and the pain, and how it can change you, and how everything that happened to you was for your own good. You just have to be vulnerable to feel and see the wonderful things that life throws at you. 3- True Love: I feel immersed in this song with Jonny guitars and the lyrics is so heartbreaking but at the same time gives you a sense of hope. Is stunning!!:)

I loved this album (Coldplay's top 3 for sure) and my only minor critic would be about the transition from True Love to Midnight. Midnight is incredible, and the lyrics just fit the context after you heard True Love, but for me feels out of place melodically and it is the only transition in the album that for me feels awkward. Maybe if they done one little long interlude from True Love to Midnight as they done with Oceans to Sky Full Of Stars it would be worked better. But aside this, Ghost Stories is awesome.

This is so AROBTH from the start to finish. Just outstanding. One of my favorites from GS and one of the best love songs Chris has ever wrote.

I like it, but this leaves me an impression that the live version will be much much much better. But it's maybe my least favorite from GS so far. I bet the live version could change that!!!

Making a list of my 10 favorite Coldplay's songs is the hardest task for me. I can't. It is impossible. It's way more easier for me to create a list of songs that I doesn't like. However, I agreed with many of his choices. Hurts Like Heaven is one of my favorite pieces from MX era, but the studio version is a mess, they just ruin one of the most awesome song from that album. Clocks for a long time was one of my favorites for sure, and even today I got shivers when I hear it live. Warning Sign and AROBTH are both masterpieces. Lovers In Japan is good, but not great. Don't Panic is great, but not enough to be in my top 5. The Scientist is one of the band most beautiful creations. It's a pretty good list with the exception of Lovers in Japan, I think;)

Wow people just tends to over analyzing the things they like and specially the things they don't like it. It's not Coldplay's, Chris Martin or the music industry fault if you like it, or don't like it. It's just your personal taste and each individual have their own. Never was open for EDM songs, I just thought they're just a lot of noise come together without an structure melodies, so I don't gave any chance for me to like it or not. But as a Coldplay fan, I was open and I like it very much. Chris vocals in this song are awesome, he delivery one of his best performances right here, just blew my mind away. Very emotional and strong vocals. You can feel every single word he's sing. I could not resist the feeling that I have to dance in my chair while listening to it. The melody is awesome and again Chris just blew my mind with his performance. It seems more honest and emotional performance about happiness than what he did with ETIAW (witch I like very much). It's not my favorite Coldplay song until now, and even not my favorite of Ghost Stories so far, but for me is just an awesome song.

Such an awesome interview. It's so cool to see a public figure/celebrity/artist/whatever being completely vulnerable, honest and opened to the general audience. In a world that magazines, tv shows, newspapers usually try to put this type of people in a pedestal, like they're above the "ordinary man", above the "normal life people", like the're Gods and not human beings. And guess what, they're all human beings and not too much different than you and me. And the worst is that some public figures buys that shit and try to convince you and me that the're are specials human beings. Chris is not one this type of figure. I knew that since I start being fan of Coldplay. More than being the front man of the biggest band on the planet he seems to be a great human being. PS: I have a feeling that Ghost Stories is going to be their strongest and most popular album to date.

I'm in love with this song!!! I only heard it twice (today broadcast from Germany and the Radio 1 performance, and I trying to not listening to much until the album gets released. Just beautiful!!! Remind me some of the greatest Coldplay's songs! This could be the one of the Ghost Stories album that I will be praying for the band to play when they start the next album tour (LP7) in the future. JUST THAT BEAUTIFUL. My favorite so far.:clap:
