I'm not sure because if you click on the link for CD / DVD or blu-ray with litho, you can buy it. But maybe, they aren't till available and in that case, I hope they'll give money back if you can't have the litho because it's more expensive. And in that case, I prefer to buy the DVD in a store to have the DVD on 19th november and not pay the delivery fees ;)
