the interview was so good, we got a picture of chris' jourrney -how he created the hits, the band etc! fulfilling interview . i never thought chris could be so open about his personal life! i mean even gwyneth said she had to coax things out of him! i think this is the maximum any interviewer will get out of him!

Chris said something about a madam tussauds sculpture and talking to it and and falling in love with it till you understand that its actually wax and not the real thing when rolling stones asked him bout his first meeting with gwyneth and he deflected it! It was really funny though i dont have the exact quote!

I want darker stuff, you know. They create such a great dark mystery and excitement with more "rock songs" like violet hill , cemeteries of london, god put a smile, politik( my fav) and older ones! I like major minus and us against the world but i just cant digest every teardrop is a waterfall etc! Some acoustic with a good recognisable guitar hook like the song 'Moses' (one of my favourite coldplay songs) is great too!

My main problem with MX is that it is too pop centric! Its just too candy floss sweet , without the darkness and mystery that made viva la vida such a masterpiece. I mean cemeteries of london is my all time favourite track! I wish they would give their minds a rest about this pop-y mix and do the proper rock like in VLV or even a rush of blood to the head!
