Ah :) thanks. Looks like they are going with less established bands this time around. I like that. They don't need another band's help to sellout a venue, why not give great, less popular artists a chance? Assuming the support acts are any good of course ;)

well, think that's the one posted on radio.com. fantastic interview if you didn't see it already.

that was a fantastic interview! far better than the howard stern interview which for me was partly a rehash of the mx interview. (howard definitely doesn't do much research, except get some intern to get a couple of talking points.) but this was just great! and one that was carried out by DJs in a legitimate alternative station. the difference is right there! several points stood out. but one that was surprising is, chris not being comfortable about trying to get people to buy more coldplay albums! and let's just hope chris stays on the no solo mindset!

Don't think the "goodness" of AHFOD had anything to do with it :) as far as i kkow, howard stern never rated coldplay as a band in the past, except for during chris' interviews. but the Stargate thing is a whole other matter.

Hello! welcome to coldplaying. well your timing is pretty good. chris did an interview with howard stern where he said that they will tour south america, europe, us, australia and far east, and then come back to europe and the US next summer. if this hint is anything to go by, there will be a second leg in the US and europe next year.

Chris didn't seem very comfortable or confident today to me. Good that he wasn't pushed much. And I do think that if Howard wanted to push on certain things, they definitely would have been personal. So good that it didn't happen.

chris did say today on the howard show that they did not use the super bowl to promote their band. he did actually use the word "promote". counter intuitive, i know.
