Fuck. This is too much for my English knowledge. :confused:

...at least not such bad reviews with sentences like "the songs sound all the same" or "chris lost his ability to write good lyrics" or "the melodies are so predictable" or whatever. You just can't say that. I'm listening to the new Coldplay album now, and I'm not disappointed! It's absolutely not under my expectations! The songs became much more complicated, there are many surprises, and you can really hear how much the guys cared about each song. I'm listening to it now the 2nd time, so far I like "Square One" and "Fix You" the most. The only thing I miss are the straight rockers, like "Yellow" and "GPASUYF"....well I didn't really expect something like that, they already said Coldplay will concentrate on their calm side. But that's missing that I can say "this album is DAMN good".

And I'd love to go to the USA! ;)

I Ran Away is one of the best of ALL Coldplay songs.

Hehe :nice: that's great Ren, thanx. The prob is broadly fixed I think. Yesterday I was quite tired and in very changing moods, today I'm quite relaxed again. But there's a new thing that gets on my nerves!!!! I could do 3 gigs on one day.....next saturday. first a small open air in the town I go to school in, there I would sing with my RHCP & other bands cover band (where's also Chris in), after that on the same stage with "Curizon". Then my bandmate Thomas & I would drive to a pub in the evening where we would play in a reggae band. Everything would be sooo great. But Thomas is against doing the gigs in the afternoon!!! You must know that he's always been a little chick, we always call him "princess" - whoa Til & I, we're so angry! If he'll mess up with it, he can forget that I'll do him another favour, even like singing for his reggae band! :angry:

Okay. Chris Martin's lyrics are quite simple and easy to understand. But this is what makes them so good...they exactly express how a normal human can feel like .why 1000 metaphors that noone understands? Fe isn't the very best songwriter in the world, that's right. I'd say, maybe Bono? But (OKAY you can all start to slap me now) on the new U2 album, I find the melodies way not as good as Coldplay.

well the peppers were/are fucking horny guys....but ingenious musicians still.
