I believe the first time Coldplay played Christmas Lights on the MX tour was on the 10th December 2011 at the 'Under One Roof' charity event. However I could be wrong.

I actually haven't worn them yet since they have been painted. Im just finishing Chris's MX costume. Once thats all done i'll post a picture!

It would be great if they saw them! I think it's fantastic the lengths fans go to to express their love for things they are passionate about.

I guess I have too much spare time on my hands!

Thanks for the advice :) I was thinking of getting some fluorescent colours such as Green and Pink. Might try to find some.

It took a few days to make them. Firstly applying different layers of paint and then the dying of the laces which took around a day each. Finally I finished them off by applying the 'MX' symbols and the Eye patch. So in total around 3 days. :D P.s: Im also in the process of completing Chris's MX outfit - I'll post a few pictures when it's complete - Stay Tuned!
