  1. I enjoy chatting with you as well *Returns :sneaky: look*. Together, we shall rule the world! Or something! Oh, dear lord...:censored:. I liked jamie's caption, too .
  2. YES. That song is just so...I dunno. Warm and comforting and snuggly, or something. ...you want me to not be able to watch the episode that gif is from the same way anymore, don't you :laugh3:! Okay, so I'm incredibly thrilled there's a thread devoted solely to the awesomeness that is SloganMaker, and I'm off to go take a look .
  3. Damn, I missed out on some fun today ! *Rubs hands together* Muwahahahaha...:D. Oh, hell, yeah. I know what you mean. I sure would be happy to have him pop up at work to, um, liven things up a bit. Quite possibly true. My, he gets around :laugh3:. Yes. As innocent as newborn babes :). Or something. It is. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes I think it'd be fun to move to Utah and start a reverse polygamous community where I can marry all my crushes :D. Aw. Chris deserves a big ol' hug . I know! These time difference things can be a pain sometimes when it comes to talking with you guys! See, this is another reason we all need to meet up for real. I did have a good night-didn't get tons of sleep, but enough to get by for the day. And I had a dream I was at a Coldplay concert...and Chris started singing the lyrics to the theme song for the old TV show "Facts of Life" (don't know how many of you here know about that show, it was on in the early '80s). So...yeah. I know Chris was talking and saying things in this video, but all I could seem to focus on was how gorgeous he looked :dazzled: :p. Chris as a teacher. Hm. This makes me happy. Are those paramedics still around? I might need one with the way my mind's going...
  4. Your mind is apparently on the same track as mine. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing . *Collapses with laughter* OMMFG... I love you.
  5. That is my name, you are correct :D! And that is a FABULOUS idea. I love it  :D!
  6. I know, right? Seriously, the hell is wrong with some women? *Shakes head with bewildered look on face* Heck, yes! I shall keep that in mind, then! I'll be off to bed here shortly, have to work tomorrow. But tomorrow night I'll look around for some video ideas. (Actually, speaking of which-regarding the "Lovers in Japan" video-unless I missed them, I didn't see any gifs of the bit where he's doing that marching during the "Soldiers, you've got to soldier on" line. If there's already some out there of that bit, then never mind, but if not, there's a suggestion) In the meantime... ...a Viva mood is a happy mood, I say! Oh, Row. I shall take these gorgeously sexy images to bed with me :D. That's a fine way to end one's day. And that concert sounds fine to me! I'm up for it.
  7. :) I want people to be happy. That would be a great way to make them happy. One can only hope... Glad you got to see that video, PoC! It's hilarious and adorable. If Chris said that to me I'd probably just turn the deepest shade of red imaginable and be rendered speechless (but laughing). Join the club, sister . Been feeling that way lately, too. Glad you're feeling a bit better. ...somehow that made me think of the whole "Chris fixing things and such" discussion and now I have a thought of Chris washing one's car :wink3:. :laugh3: That's a lot of universes floating around there, then, apparently! Oooh, we're getting into "Twilight Zone" territory now. "You're entering another dimension...". Sure. Yeah. We'll go with that . Hooray! Glad you got to see everything! It is. Most definitely so . The less distractions around, the better ;). Awwwwwww . *Looks for a more comfortable spot for Chris to sleep in* (where, oh, where could that better place be, I wonder :sneaky:?) 1, sorry you had a crap morning . I'm glad to hear you're doing better upon being here :). 2, ohhhhhhhh, that gif. Play with Chris as much as you need to  (wow, I'm in a bit of a...mood today...). 3. Video requests? Hmmmm. *Starts thinking about this* I LOVE the gifs here so far. I'm reminded of just how sexy Chris looks in "Lovers In Japan"-now I want to go watch that video! Do I mind, do I mind? Let me think about that for a moment...:p. Um. Yeah, that's not tempting at ALL. So, looks like I have a lot of videos to watch from these last few pages!
  8. You did, you did, Couerli! Ummmmmm, wow :laugh3:. (That last one doesn't sound like a potential orgy scenario at ALL. Oh, dear, the thoughts in my head right now...) I tried that SloganMaker thing last night, too-here's some that I got: Chris: Chris Martin brings back memories (awww) Chris Martin-The place of happiness for everyone The American Way of Chris Martin (? I don't know what that means, but given that I'm American, I like it !) Visualize perfection. Visualize Chris Martin. (Ha, no problem there) Chris & Jonny: Chris and Jonny do something for you You can find your place with Chris and Jonny. (there's an "In My Place" joke in that one somewhere...) Nothing is like Chris and Jonny. Jonny: Jonny Buckland is the door to success. Just the kiss of Jonny Buckland It's not a secret when you have Jonny Buckland. (I'm guessing those last two are ones Chris can agree with/relate to ;)?) Guy: Guy Berryman your vacation. Guy Berryman thinks twice. Guy Berryman is the time of my life Guy Berryman for a professional image. Will: Get right with Will Champion. All you need is Will Champion. My Will Champion and me. Chuck Norris loves Will Champion. (LOL, what the...?) That site is WAY too addictive . It is :D :shifty:. Yeah! It'd be a blast. God help any town we Coldplayers descended upon :laugh3:. I think you are quite right about that .
  9. I don't have an iPod, but yeah, I've done similar-be on YouTube or looking through my CDs, thinking, "Should listen to something else, what to play?"...but then, yeah, Coldplay kinda pulls me back in their direction eventually anyway :D. Agreed :). It's a good album, there's some really lovely songs on there. Had one of those "Coldplay sense" sorts of things this evening-got back in the car after getting dinner and flipped to a top 40 station with "Viva La Vida" in my head...and guess what song was playing on the station I landed on ? Granted, it was close to getting over just as I turned it there, but still.
  10. I love you people. I really do  :laugh3:. Ummmmmmmmmmm, yeah, I'm all for this. And the top floor of the house I'm in has been converted into an apartment, so since I'm living on the top floor, if the place caught fire, he'd have to climb a ladder and carry me down  :p. *Giggles in the most immature manner possible* I really want to see this video idea become a reality. Yes.
  11. Doh. Right. Of course .
  12. "Somebody That I Used To Know"-Gotye (with Kimbra).
  13. I too adore that picture. Good morning, Row! Hope your day goes well :).
  14. :laugh3: Would be worth a shot at least, eh :p? Move in-that'd be interesting to explain to your family .
  15. LOL. Ahhhh, I see :D. Wouldn't complain about Jonny either, no. Ooh! I wonder if he could play Spanish guitar?
  16. Ohhhhhhhhh, yeah . :laugh3: Heck, no! We'd be up early and in class like, a half hour before it started, all ready to go. *Took Spanish in high school. Did well, but could use a, um, refresher course :shifty:*
  17. Thanks! You're right, that look on his face does add to it :D. We could study Spanish with him ! Great performance, too.
  18. LOL. I should. I'm not as up on my live U2 stuff as I should be-I have a few live DVDs here and there, but I don't have bootlegs or every last live DVD out there or whatnot. I'll watch the concert on YouTube at some point, and work on getting the DVD itself down the line, too. I think that makes perfect sense. Like you said, it fits well within all the other political aspects of the music they were doing at that time, and the theme of the tour, and the overall look of the stage. That's one of the great things about their music, the interpretations can run from the superficial to the incredibly deep, and a listener can STILL relate to all of it no matter what interpretation they go with. Yeah, I was gonna say, it seemed awfully short, but if it's unfinished that would explain why :p. I'd be very interested to see them go in that direction with their music, it'd be a whole new style for them to explore and mess around with.
  19. Ooh. I'll have to go look for this. I don't think I've seen that video.
  20. :laugh3: I was gonna say...imagine the demands he'd be getting to fix anyone or anything. Call him up at 3 in the morning to fix your toilet, call him over on a Saturday to fix your roof... Chris: I'll pull my sleeve up a bit, show off some arm. The girls like that. What other weird poses can I strike? Photo shoots are fun! Jonny: Is that cake behind the camera there? Photo shoots make me hungry. Will: Oh, here we go again...*Starts trying to distract himself with game scores or something* Photo shoots are so hard. Guy: As usual, I'll ignore everyone and just stand here looking sexy. Photo shoots are so easy.
  21. Woohoo! Smart teacher. Chris speaking another language is pretty hard to resist, though .
  22. LOL, I understand . They're kind of distracting that way. Hopefully you'll be able to eventually get around to, um, the schoolwork . "Guy Berryman your flavor"? :laugh3: Couerli, I LOVE yours, those are really good :wink3:. I'm going to need to play around with that slogan maker site after I finish this post. I can see myself wasting a good part of my evening there now. :( I'm sorry nobody seems to get it. And they shouldn't dismiss them because of one song/performance. It sucks to be alone in your fandom, I totally know how you feel. If we could ever figure out the logistics and travel and whatnot, and all had the money for it, I would love it if we could all have a meetup or something someday. We could all hang out for real and just have a Coldplay-athon and such. Haha, niiiiiiiiice. That's perfect! I feel that way, too . That reminds me, I went to work recently, and as I was getting out of the car I thought I heard the faint opening strings of "Paradise" on the radio, but I wasn't sure. I was actually debating getting back in ('cause I did still have a few moments before my shift started), but wound up going in anyway, 'cause the clock can be off sometimes. I should've tried to stick around in the car, 'cause it turns out I heard right-my mom told me later that they played that song as I was going into work ! Ah, well. Claire, that sucks about the Facebook thing :(.
  23. THIS. Every last word. I would, too :D. I'd be willing to bet his reaction would be similar to that clip where that girl yelled that she loved him and he was all, "You've never seen me with my clothes off" :laugh3:. My mind is pure and innocent, and I am shocked, SHOCKED you ladies would think otherwise :phu: :p. They do. He's just a charmer that way . Hehe :D. Here ya go (the interview is still up on the Colbert Report website, but I don't think the songs are anymore, so I went with this link instead where you can see all of it): http://idolator.com/6051932/coldplay-chris-martin-stephen-colbert-report Enjoy! (If that link doesn't work for you let me know and I'll try to find another one that does) No one gif should be THAT captivating. Seriously. And angry with you for quoting a bunch of parts of this thread? Never. I've missed that . I wholeheartedly understand . And I completely agree with you. I wasn't aware of the altercation thing, either, but damn, that does suck ("that song about elephants"? LOL, um, no? They dressed up LIKE elephants, yes, but "Paradise"? Not about that particular animal). Sorry you had to deal with a crap coworker. to Kristal as well. That story makes me want to run out and buy a lottery ticket and win a big prize so I can go out and buy tickets for everyone who's unable to go to a show right now. You all most certainly deserve it before THAT guy does. That smile is adorable :wacky:. I like this idea of passing Chris around to the fangirls-now to just figure out a way to get my mom out of the house for two weeks. "Go see your sister, really, it's fine, I'll keep an eye on the house...". I like the way you think :wink3:. Wait. What was that I was saying earlier about a "pure and innocent mind"? Um. Never mind.... *Falls out of chair*
  24. *Cracks up* That's cute.
