Must be a subliminal thing...). *Tries to start up singalong. Realizes I can't sing as beautifully as Chris. Quits* It sure would be :D. Hanging out with Chris on a regular basis, that's what I'd call a dream job. Hehe, noticed you saw it later yourself, so as you can clearly see, it was! The band is adorable, Chris is freaking adorable, the whole thing was fun, so woo! Haha, so I was watching some of that interview the other day, and I kid you not, I kept having, "Liquid amber, liquid amber..." going through my head ALL AFTERNOON/EVENING :lol:. I love that bit, it's so funny. I kind of want to him to finish up that spontaneous song now :p. Even his "made up on the fly" songs are catchy! That is just perhaps THE cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. *Wants to give Chris a big ol' hug* I really like the "through the years" tribute you and others here did, it's so fun to see him over time. I was sitting here last night just going through and watching all the band's videos-my, they've come such a long way. Chris has come such a long way. And I'm so thankful he's been part of my listening experience throughout the last 12 years. Love the picspams in general and all that sort of good stuff-such great ways to celebrate his birthday.

Yeah, I'm sure somebody is bound to figure out a way to get these clips online so that those of you who missed it can see it. I hope so! Awwwwwwwwwwwwww. That was just wonderful. I don't know if he was saying he doesn't care about cows and pigs as much-I'd have to watch the interview again to refresh myself. I think it's just mainly that cows and pigs are harder to kill :p.

Loving this so much so far. I've actually been getting up and dancing and singing along :D. Note to Chris: You, Jonny, Guy, and Will are welcome to "force" yourselves onto the U.S. for as long as you want :).

Excellent review, Safy! Love your observations. They really do seem to get a massive kick out of performing "God Put A Smile Upon Your Face", don't they? But why not? It's a kickass song. And yes. I understand what you are referring to about this recent distraction in the form of a handsome man in a suit. He does tend to drag one's attention away from many other things... Black can either be very attractive or very boring. Thankfully, the band EASILY made it the former. They look HOT in black (and that made it all the more appropriate to sing Johnny Cash (ha, I almost spelled Johnny's name like Jonny :lol:. "Man in Black", and all that). Ergh, yeah, THIS. I'm amazed they ever let him go, instead of cling on for dear life. So a documentary this week, then? Cool. Yeah, they're not going to be on until the last half hour of the show, according to the little clock they showed at the start of the show. We have to wait an hour and a half, it looks like. I'm really going to be happy when they come on, 'cause between the national news discussed on the show and the local news in my area, there's some REALLY depresssing stories right now :(. Good god. Coldplay will be the bright spot of the day :laugh3:.

Four? Wow. I was, like, 17 or 18 when that song came out :p. I adore that song, too. I always have. I don't know what it is about it, but it just does something for me each time. It's always been my favorite Coldplay song, as well as one of my favorite songs, period :heart:.

Random thought: I'm listening to "Amsterdam" right now, and I feel safe in saying this is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard in my life. My god, it's so incredible.
