I think they will nail it and wow everyone. Chris is so hard working and he is such a perfectionist. They will just rehearse it until they nail it. Coldplay is doing a charity show in LA on Feb 8. They will have a few days to rehearse the performance with Rihanna.:laugh3:

I feel the same. I don't really like Rihanna music but she does have a wonderful voice. Chris and Rihanna sound great together on Princess of China. I don't mind Coldplay trying some new thing every now and then. Just don't go all pop and stop writing songs like the ones in Parachute and A Rush of Blood to the Head. :P

Wish I can go. But I've already buy tickets for the May 2nd and May 4th shows in LA. If I live in LA, I probably will try to get ticket. Don't think I should spend more money...and the driving time.

I'm hoping Coldplay will perform in the Olympic opening ceremony. I noticed that they have a show in Canada on 7/27 so I guess not. :cry: Quite disappointed! I mean which British singer is better than Coldplay?

Really?!! No wonder it's so hard for fans to get good tickets. So not fair! I'm glad I got good seats at last week preale. Won't stand a chance at general sale!

It's outrageous how the stubhub can get so many tickets! Ticketmasters really ought to do something to prevent that from happening. It'll be great if Coldplay setup a fan club and sell tickets to us directly. (like R.E.M.) I thought they would hold some tickets for general sale. But what is available today seems to be just leftover from last week presale. Sad for those who don't have Amex.

I chose the Amex presale option. I couldn't believe my own eyes when 2 pool circle seats came up on the screen. I guess they offer some good seats for non VIP to keep fans happy. I feel so lucky! I miss the Viva tour because I just had a baby at that time. Really exciting about going to the Mylo , especially after watching their Glastonbury performance. Coldplay just keep getting better! By the way, I did try the preferred seat option but nothing great came up. The password is the 800 phone number on the back of the Amex card. Don't have to type in 1, just start from 800xxxxxxx.

They just added another show on May 4th Friday at Hollywood Bowl. AMEX presale started today at 10:00am.

Just bought tickets to May 4th concert Yeah! Just got two pool circle tickets for $150 each. I thought only VIP packages have those front seats. The first 10 minutes I tried, only cheap tickets came up. Almost gave up, then these pool tickets came up. Couldn't believed my own eyes!!! So happy and excited! :)
