Here are some pictures I nabbed during Hurts Like Heaven & Yellow at the Emirates on June 4th! It was amazing as he winked and smiled at us, it's also surreal because I was acknowledged

It does work, I was very close to Jonny and believe me he notices. I shouted "GO ON JONNY" during a lot of his solos, I shouted extra loud just before his guitar work at the end of Lovers in Japan. He does hear you, I got a few nods and winks from him, even Chris came over during Hurts Like Heaven and Yellow! It's absolutely incredible, and each song played is better than the last. I really hope everyone who goes tonight will enjoy it, the concerts really bring out the best of the MX era!

Good for Jason, live music has been enhanced by the Xylobands as the audience feel part of the show a lot more than they did before. At least the 'Xylo' had been maintained which in my eyes will always be associated with Coldplay.

I think it is Jonny. I listened to his vocals in the Blue Room version of Don't Panic and then Amsterdam and they sound really similar.

His voice is actually very distinct compared to the other guys, it is easily noticeable and I can only really hear it in Amsterdam the most.

I'm listening to Amsterdam and I think I can hear a lot of backing vocals from Jonny. Am I right in thinking this?

She has the entire back catalogue which we listened to today (Brothers & Sisters, Be Careful Where You Stand and most of MX) Apparently she had the chance to go to a really early gig but she had to study or something I think. I'll have to ask her about photos next time I see her!

It's possibly true, I remember her mentioning Will at the beginning of the school year (even when Coldplay wasn't mentioned) but I wasn't paying attention. She doesn't regret not dating Chris though, it seems.

Apparently her friend lived across the hall from Chris set her a date up with him.

I'm not saying it's THAT hard to believe. It's just my personal reaction of both shock and excitement really. It was nice to hear stories about them in Uni though. I'd just like to make sure, that's all.

Hey, just thought I'd say that my current RE teacher claims to have known Coldplay before they went massive. She told me this afternoon that she had attended UCL with Chris, Jonny, Guy & Will and knew them all. She was on the same course as Will and even had a date lined up with Chris! I don't know whether to believe her or not, so I sent a message to the Oracle in order to find out. Here's hoping I get a reply :rolleyes:

I mute the string, but it doesn't sound right at all. I'm also having trouble with moving my wrist that fast and I'm often finding that my arm hurts after a while. Is this the exact way Jonny plays the song? Any tips are appreciated, thanks!

So who actually sings the "oooo" in the background at about 2:42? Is it Jonny, Guy & Will? I still think it's the most chilling and beautiful part of the song, especially as it goes on to sing the chorus. Anyone have any idea?
