i bought a new guitar for 120£ from a second hand guitar shop but only paid 70£ coz i put my old one in for 50£ when i bought it from there origianlly for 80. Thenb it broke 3 days later, i took it back and he said he would mend it for me. He charged 15£ and all he did was stuf paper in the back of it, along with a hell of a lot of dents and scratches and has ruined my paintwork. This guy doesnt give out receipts so if u buy something and dont want it a day later he will buy it off you for 10£ less. Alltogther for a new guitar worth 120- its a real nice guitar 80-50= 30 30+15 = 45£ + bus faire to get there which is 1£ wither way and i went 6 times 51£ extra for a new guitar i didnt particually need or want. The shop is called the music man and its a complete shite hole.

radiohead are the shitest band ever, the sing depresing dull crap songs with no melody whatsoever, and for some reason people like them RADIOHEAD=overrate. I do love starsailor and travis but you cant listen to their album as much as you can with arrobtth or parachutes without gettin bored, and anybody who copares coldplay to radiohead should listen a little closer

come on guys lets be honest with ourselves, coldplay have reached their peak with arobtth. Anything else they produce will either be not as good, or completly differnt sound whci wont be them. I really do feel sorry for them for having 3asd (third album syndrome difficulty) but they just wont make a better album. AMen

Havent seen a thread devoted to them yet so now we have them. They are so awsome - especially live at the carling weekend. Anybody got their new album permisson to land? coldpaly dont like their music to be used as advertising but im sure they wont mind just a few words in a book. My guess is the record complany palyphone or however u spell it.

i think chris martin is a perfects example of a good musician, because he is modest, can compose great stuff, and play multiple instuments as well as sing. What does annoy me are people who think they are good at music just because they play 5 instuments but cant play them all really well. I have a mate who plays the bass, guitar, piano, and is now taking drums when hes not amazing at any of them.

im not sure its 'just round the corner' they are taking a year off before they start t make their album which will be another two years. To be quite honest i wouldnt like to be coldplay, they have deffinatly reached their finest hour with their previous stuff, and its going to be so hard for them to come up with something better without completly changing their sound by which they wont be the origianl coldplay which we love and know. P.S the beatles were in a different league to coldplay becasue they could write 2 or three albums a year where as coldplay write 2 or three albums a decade. Just a thought to consider
