So many great songs to choose from but here are just two favourites :) Driftwood - everything is open nothing is set in stone rivers turn to ocean oceans tide you home home is where the heart is but your heart had to roam drifting over bridges never to return Turn - We'll never know unless we grow There's so much world outside the door I want to sing To sing my song I want to live in a world where I'll be strong I want to live I will survive And I believe that it won't be very long If we turn, (x8 :D) Then we might learn

My Milkshake ...
I have to admit when I heard it I thought Kelis had released the FM104 version as her own. Then I saw the videosong on MTV and I was like 'Where's the Billie Jean bit'  duh!!!!

Damien Rice
Does anyone know the person who plays the cello at Damo's gigs? I think her name is Vivian. Apparantly she is releasing her own album soon, and will be the next big thing thanks to Mr Rice. I heard her version of 7 nation army by the white stripes and she has an excellent voice. Any of you know anything about her?

My Milkshake ...
There is another version on radio here, where that Kelis song is mixed with Billie Jean by Michael Jackson. It really is quite good  Honestly

Stevie Wonder
Only recently became a fan because the radio DJ I listen to loves him, so he nearly always plays some Stevie  My favourites are Superstition, For once in my life, and Signed Sealed Delivered. :D As a new fan, I have a question. Which album should I make my first Stevie purchase?

Anyone have Skylarkin' ?
He was Glen Hansard's (The Frames) best friend. They did a memorial gig in Vicar Street along with several others. Also, you may recognise his song 'Heyday' that is played in the background of the new Guinness ad. :) (The one where the guy swims to the U.S. to apologise to his friend)
-
Damien Rice
Sadly no :( Would never go to a gig alone and don't know any other Damo fans apart from people here

Anyone have Skylarkin' ?
Just wondering. It's an album by an Irish guy called Mic Christopher who died a couple of years ago. His sister arranged all the details to have the album released after his death. It's wonderful, excellent, & fabulous, and I really think every home should have a copy :)

One for Lil'eskimo
Rain :) You have no idea how much this has cheered me up. I have had a tough couple of days. Firstly,I have not been around because I only have access at the weekends, so apologies. Then just this past thursday my mum rushed to hospital :( She had to have very serious surgery this morning, but I just got the news about an hour ago to say it was successful. She will be staying intensive care until they are sure abot the outcome but so far so good :) Have to go now, Hugs to you all, Lil'eskimo.
