I taught/am teaching myself piano and I started with clocks, right hand too! :D Learn one hand at a time is what I find easier. Try learning some chords, start with the basics then move onto more difficult ones. I'm not brilliant but I'm learning a piano cover of HLH which is fairly fast! The scientist is easy once you get the hang of it. The trick is dont give up if you can't get the sound you want straight away! Sorry if that didn't help :\
