Can you check the recycle bin? Maybe you can undo some actions - I can use recovery-points to get back to former settings. And I always trust my (Kapersky) antiviral (etc.) software!!! If he says it is ok, then it IS ok. I am never running other malware-detectors etc. But you probably know that by now. I wish you luck and I hope you can manage the problem!
