December 2012 Coldplay nominated for two GRAMMYs Coldplay landed two GRAMMY nominations, with Mylo Xyloto competing for best rock album and the song Charlie Brown battling for best rock performance, it has been announced today from various media sources, including Coldplay's official site. This takes Coldplay's total career GRAMMY nominations to 26. Mylo Xyloto co-producer Markus Dravs is also up for Producer of the Year. The 55th annual Grammy Awards are to be staged in Los Angeles on February 10. May 2012 was a busy month for Coldplay! They continued with the first leg of their North American tour in Los Angeles, CA, playing three shows at the historic Hollywood Bowl, appearing on American Idol, and headlining Los Angeles-based radio station, KROQ’s Annual Weenie Roast. All these performances in just five days! On a personal note, I was fortunate enough to have been able to attend all five performances. VEVO reveals dates for Coldplay’s Latin American Tour, announcement expected soon. 1 October 2012 On the 1st of October Vevo posted some dates of a probable upcoming Latin America Tour for early 2013. The tour was announced by the band a couple days after the leak of Vevo.
