Do promo tours like these even have openers? Anyways, I e-mailed Debs about the use of cameras or what not, and she said that cameras and camera phones are definitely not allowed. Fuck. That means I'll have to somehow get a small enough camera to keep with me so that I can get photos after the concert maybe.

OMG! So excited. Hahaha, so I was out all day, and then I get online sometime around 8:30 PM after dinner and the first thing that happens is a friend of mine MSN's me and is like Coldplay's coming to Toronto!!!! And I'm like, stop fucking around with me, you liar haha, and she's like NO, LOOK and sends me the ticketmaster link and I'm COMPLETELY giggling like a little boy. Anyways, this has been like the best day, and May's going to be a fucking awesome month. Coldplay, Doves, Snow Patrol, Athlete, The Killers, Keane, Kasabian, it's more than I can take I think. Hahaha!

Funny you should mention that, I was giggling throughout the entire thing! Haha, I was listening to Edge on my computer, heard the intro and was like HOLY SH!T, but this quality sucks, let me go to my room with an actual stereo, and so I rushed over and seriously, I don't think I've ever giggled so much over a song. Hehehehe.

First time I heard it on the radio, I was driving and it sounded pretty good, so it was a yay. Then as I downloaded the song to hear it in greater detail and as I've heard it more and more, it's gotten more nay and nay. Kind of dull, if you know what I mean.

I have the videos, but they're like 253 mb in total, split into three sections (109 mb, 97 mb, 47 mb). I think it's probably better if you just downloaded them off Kazaa or something. That's how I found them in the first place.

Chapters is the name of a bookstore in Canada. It's one of those massive chains that have every pretty much every book or magazine available in Canada. They still don't have HotPress though, so they should look into that. I'd pay 10 bucks/issue to read it! I hope the new Inside Entertainment's out in stands though because I went last Friday and they didn't have it. The person who was handling magazines said that they weren't receiving anything that day because of Good Friday. Grr.

I really like Street Map, Tourist and Twenty Four Hours. Wires is also amazing, but I've overplayed it to myself.

Ugh, the National Post. They'll probably put some stupid slanted right-wing bias to even the interview. BUT, yay about the interview and me being able to read it! Hopefully it'll be lying around the campus for free, that way I can pick it up. I'll try to get extra copies when it's out, and if I can get any at all really, so if anybody wants one...just give me a ring. :)

Is there just one version of Gravity (Live)? Or are there two? I've got one of them, but I keep feeling that there's another one out there, but I haven't been able to find it quite yet.

Are you in Toronto? If so, he's playing again with Kathleen Edwards on April the 7th! I saw him once at the Supermarket, and he was really good, so I'm definitely going to the new show. But yeah, BSS are quite excellent, so when they're finished recording the third album....

Okay so I finally got to see them on Friday night! Can I say AMAZING or what! Woo, anyways, we got there an hour early because I wanted to make sure that I had front row access, and everything. Turns out nobody was there yet, so we were first in line! There was no barrier at all so when they came on, it was like I could touch them (which I could) but yeah. Really amazing since we were so close. After the concert, we even managed to get in backstage and everything and we got stuff signed. I also took a bunch of photos during the concert. :) Hope you like them!

aaaaaaaaaaah, this friday! Hopefully I'm not setting myself up for a fall because I've built it up so much since...last April.

They're dropping by on March 4th, and I've managed to drag one person already to go see them with me....the revolution continues...

I do the whole ticketmaster.ca newsletter update thing. You can also check eye weekly and the NOW newspapers in Toronto. http://www.rotatethis.com has a section on concert tickets and the fact that they're selling them infers that they're occurring, so I guess you could use that (though it wouldn't really provide any actual info). Don't live in Montreal i'm afraid. ;)
