i prefer the oasis version of lyla. i think the foo fighters are great but they should have covered kaiser chiefs - i predict a riot. they played a bit of it before they did the cover of lyla. the oasis acoustic set was really good on jo whiley the other day, liam wasn't there as he was on holiday. liam wasn't really needed for this session as it was promo for the latest single, 'the importance of being idle', which is sung by noel. hope it goes to number one in the UK singles chart today :)

i heard a song on the radio the other day by the band arcade fire, it was really good. i don't know what song it was tho. i suppose it must have been the latest single 'rebellion (lies)' out on 5th september. i'm just trying to find a sond clip of it to check
