Haha, although most of you won't care, I'm back for the time being. I left cause Coldplay started to bore me, but now that I listen to X&Y for the billionth time, I've grown to like em again. Although I think alot of X&Y isn't as great as their last two albums were. But yeah, I'm back to annoy y'all again :)

Piano is easy, it's practically the only instrument I can sit down and just start making up stuff, yet I know nothing about the piano. It's alot easier than guitar, or violin, yes.

Is anyone here a Doves fan? I'm looking for an acurate tab for Sea Song. I've realised I've been playing the song all wrong. If anyone can help, it'd be apreciated. I also want tthe chords for the song too if possible. Everywhere I look, opeopl post up barre chords for the song, but I know he doesn't use those. Well any help, thanks.

I think you guys think too much :p I think it's simply that heavy reverb/echo effect they place on more than half their songs. I think I read that Jonny has a twin reverb pedal? Is there such thing? or did i read wrong? Cause if there is, I want to get my hands on one of them.

Most people just copy the tabs from the Coldplay song books nd put em up on ultimate guitar and mx tabs and etc lol.

I read the lyrics and it sounds like a coldplay song. maybe it's new and this sinny guy somehow heard it and mis-read the title? Maybe it was played on a radio somewhere and he recorded it? a b-side? Who knows... Play out the chords and see what it sounds like, I'm too lazy to do it :p

Well do you want Open D Tuning? If so, follow my crappy instructions... ok, if you know where D string is, hit it (if not, it's the 2nd thinnest coiled string, next to G). Now tune down the lower E string until it sounds EXACTLY the same as D. Now place your finger on the 3rd fret (correct me if I'm wrong) of D and tune down G so it sounds exactly like the 3rd fret of D. Now hit the string you tuned down first (lower E string) and hit it, and make sure the upper E-string sounds exactly the same as the lower E string. And then I just hit E and B and make them sound good...not sure how to do it correctly but those atre my crappy unclear instructions.

Correct me if this has been stated before, but this is definately a port of a Ladder to the sun. Listen to how similar the bassline is, and the song is in the same key almost as ladder to the sun. But I like this much better then Ladder to the Sun. Just thought I'd get my opinion out.

Reilly, for sound editing I highly reccomend that you use Goldwave or Sound Forge. I prefer Sound Forge over Goldwave but SF costs about 3000 USD :p If ya want it that bad, warez it! Goldwave is free but it's kind of annoying to use. Sound Forge makes sound editing VERY easy. Anyways, I haven't been able to d/l any of your band's stuff, because I'm on a shit dial up connection with xfer speeds of like 3.2 kb/s. So once I get cable (tomorrow) I'll d/l them and review! :)

I'll work on tabbing it when I get home. I'm guessing you want the acoustic chords?
