That's why I think that Debs knows they're not coming... See what she answered to this question: "hi debs, someone just asked wheter the band is coming to Mexico and you said 'it's not possible at this time'... did you mean it's not possible today or tomorrow or will they just skip mexico on this whole tour??? what did we do to deserve this kind of snubbing??? big bands are coming to mexico lately like u2 and the rolling stone... heck even james blunt is coming to mexico in april!!! :(" And she answered: not possible, today, tomorrow, next month etc...I did also say, coldplay will not make it to mexico on this tour. It's not a snub it's just the way it's worked out. I feel bad for you, but there is nothing anyone can do to change it, so please note I'll not reply to this q further. Yeah Josce, I understand that she didn't use to answer these kind of questions, I've read FAQ, if the dates aren't in tour section it's because they're not scheduled yet, so she couldn't say anything other than what was there... But I was surprised that this time she answered the question telling they will not come. It means that this time she knows it, otherwise she'd say they're not scheduled, check tour section, wait for new dates... And especially to give this information as an answer she could have been a bit more polite

After that Argentina question somebody asked about Mexico and that was the answer: I'm afraid not, no. It's not possible at this time And then I sent one (which was answered so fast): According to your answer I've just read your answer saying that Coldplay won't go to argentina on this tour. What about Brazil? Will it be a part of this tour? And she answered: no, not brazil, not mexico, not South America, but as I say I do not answer tour questions, so not sure why people keep asking... please read faq guys Debs was rude. I don't know what to say. I'm actually crying now. All my dreams are flying away :cry:

Yeah, once the petition is written they don't allow you to change it anymore :/ But as Carol said, if they come to South America they'll probably visit Mexico too, just like they did in A Rush of Blood to the Head tour

Estábamos extremadamente felices en Diciembre, cuando Will Champion, el baterista de la banda, respondió, acerca de sus planes de la gira del 2006, en el show de radio de Ken Bruce: “En enero vamos a tomarnos un tiempo libre, y después vamos a Estados Unidos a fines de mes y de ahí vamos a estar de gira entre Estados Unidos y Europa los primeros dos meses. Después tomaremos mas tiempo libre y luego vamos a Australia en el verano y a América del Sur en otoño.” Considerando que otoño comienza en Septiembre, esto resulta imposible desde que anunciaron en la página oficial que la gira de X&Y termina en Julio en Japón. Nos sentimos muy mal ante esta situación. Coldplay vino a América del Sur solo una vez en la gira de A Rush Of Blood To The Head (2003), visitando solamente Brazil. Entendemos que Coldplay es una banda muy ocupada en su vida profesional como personal, pero sinceramente esperamos que la banda, su manager y su compañía discográfica consideren el sufrimiento de un gran numero de fans que desesperadamente desean no ser olvidados.
