This is a genius thread!! When I first listened to O my stomach was in knots and my eyes were tearing, which is amazing because it takes a whole lot to get an emotional reaction from me, especially when nobody has died. I didn't full on cry, but my emotions were literally on overload. The only time I felt stronger than this was when reading Bridge to Teribithia- which I feel weird admitting, but it is SUCH A GOOD BOOK!

I really do enjoy this album, I don't mind the lyrics much, as the music seems to make up for them, ASFoS is a good song, I just don't think it fits in the album. I really like Oceans and O (am I the only one who was basically in tears while listening to it?). The electronic instruments are good and really fit in with the whole theme. I would say that it would be better if the album was more up-beat, but I think in the end it wouldn't give the same effect. This album isn't supposed to be one to jam out to, or sing at the top of your lungs for as long as you live. It is a sad album, with a sad theme, and a sad story behind it , and I think it is one of the most brilliant pieces of mellow music (or even music in general when compared to many mainstream artists) I've heard. My ratings are very close and I could interchange all of them in a heartbeat but they are... VLV AROBTH GS Parachutes X&Y/MX (I really don't want to put one in last)

This album isn't even music anymore, it is art, it is a masterpiece. I swear, O brang tears to my eyes. The emotional connection you have with the whole thing- it really is an immersive experience. I really can't wait to listen to it to death as soon as I can get my hands on a copy.

Well, I really love the creativity behind all these games, so I suppose I'll make my own. I'm sure this has been done before but it's always fun to start anew! Basically, the rules to this game are: 1-you cannot write more than one sentance in a post, and someone else must write another sentance before you can post again. 2- No matter how many twists and turns, the story should be about Coldplay. 3- after the story gets a well deserved ending you can start anew. 4- Make the sentance of a resonanble length.
