  1. I have no regrets making this whatsoever[ATTACH]32929[/ATTACH]
  2. Might as well rename this thread LP7-Leak Hunt
  3. If those are the lyrics than no
  4. Well the problem with said prediction is that they wanted him "to go back to some true rockstars" which Coldplay are not anymore lol
  5. Im confused because its just UATW in ways of instruments. But yeah his voice and the lyrics are absolutely amazing
  6. Agreed. And their families. They should totally dedicate the show to them and if possible, maybe dedicate the album? Hmm?
  7. Sparky please do something about this. This is not a forum for political discussion. There js no right or wrong, or black or white when it comes to politics which is why i stay out of them. I come here for Coldplay and only Coldplay so can everyone kindly stop discussing this garbage and get back to the fact that one of the biggest bands is releasing an album in less than a month?
  8. I really think in ways of the overall message, this will be the best out of all the albums.
  9. Kind of excited about Everglow tbh
  10. This interview makes me really excited. I cant wait to love life after this album
  11. My uncle and cousin were both Coldplay fans before i ever was.
  12. [emoji121]️[emoji121][emoji121][emoji121] That sounds like Chris Its really cool that Chris is using books for inspiration
  13. Plus i kinda want LP8 to be kind of a return to rock roots. Ik it wont happen but hey Fall Out Boy made a small punk rock EP after they got back together and did pop.
  14. [emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]. What does the album sound like ih great time traveller?
  15. We don't quite know that because we haven't heard the studio version. What if the guitar sounds like the guitar in Another's Arms (distant and covered with synths). And what if the drums are actually played on a drumpad in the song but played live with real drums (again like in Another's Arms).
  16. A Rush of Magic replied to getithom's topic in Up&Up
I feel like this track is going to be one of those soul pop songs with big guitar solos and a choir and stuff.
  17. Really wish my family was like that. My dad listens to country and classical, my mom only listens to disney music, and my sister doesnt really care for music
  18. In The interview from last night, Chris explained that the album was about dreams and using then to make life good and stuff
  19. He said that back when it was filmed in like September
  20. A Rush of Magic replied to getithom's topic in Up&Up
I heard in the interview that there was a lot of guitar by Noel and Jonny in this one. This makes me happy and reminds me of Up With The Birds (besides the fact of title similarities lol)
  21. MX was more of an actual story. It was actually supposed to be the soundtrack to an animated film called Mylo Xyloto. Instead, they condensed the film into the comic books. AHFOD is the continuation or rather the yin to Ghost Stories' yang. Ghost Stories was essentially a pop album but much more toned down. 85% of the album was about going through a large trial in life but when Oceans hits, Chris finally accepts what happens and expresses pure joy in ASFOS and acceptance in O. A Head Full of Dreams is about being able to dream and havung those dreams come true. In a way, Ghost Stories and AHFOD are really just one extended album that gradually crescendos in ways of musical style and happiness.
